He's very fun to play with, but why'd you voice him? It's not like I hate it or anything. It's just... I gave you some help for voices and you could've found MANY different voice clips for Hiei. Especially since Ikkaku is the same voice actor as Hiei in Japanese.

JOJO did the same thing for his king zero and it annoyed everyone when i played it.

uhh.. i use just make the sprites twice as large and scale them down by .5 in the CNS scaling.aside from that i could use filters on the entire sprite sheet which give me these results.there is another chracter that uses this aside from my Enn, Kid Goku, and Hiei, my friend Akimoto has a character named Frio, whose sprite sheet i made like this as well.
Nice character, but since most characters of mine are big, hes kinda hard to hit. And if i just make him bigger, the fire stuff and things are displaced.
