After finally getting my PC to run it properly, I can say I like this game way more than SFV. The gameplay is way faster and closer to the older games, meaning characters now have more than super moves again. Online matches when I find a good match is almost as enjoyable as local battle, partly because the core gameplay is so enjoyable.
It's possible this game won't have as many characters as BT3 (which has the 2nd most characters in any fighting game roster), but it's silly to think it wouldn't have a bloated roster. If the roster isn't obscenely oversaturated or unbalanced, it's not an arena anime fighter.
As Dr. Gero planned, Cell is the perfect fighting machine. He has damage, speed, and technique. He can control the distance with Death Beam and his Perfect Barrier is short-ranged but impossible to dodge up close. He even has Goku's Shunkan Idō for positioning and escapes.

Infinite combos as we all know are combos that can be extended indefinitely. They are oversights in certain moves due to frame data but developers have taken measures against them including mechanics like damage scaling and resets.
The PS2 Hokuto no Ken fighting game by ArcSystem Works is infamous for its abundance of infinite combos and is considered "kusoge" despite having a decent competitive following in Japan.
