Vselect work for both version 1.0 and the 1.1 I have tested so many time
Vselect have its problem depend on what screen pack your using but the software need more improvement but all depend on Tung because he the one that created the software.

WELL ..Im no expert on making character or edit drawing but took the time and made an edit of stance of Kasumi Todo and her backstep. I love to see a mugen creator make a wonderful mugen cvs of her that would be dream come true. but this is far I gotten so I will update her more and make her complete with her animation sprite of her in a CVS look and make it better

Thank you this be the last time I am going be dealing with conversion and edit . so I am really done with conversion and editing in general. I gonna be focusing on more on creating for now on and I getting the hand of understanding more on making screen pack. As soon  as Ares take his time releasing the lifebars. Mugen Match 2 Remix created By Tatsu
EDIT and Converted by Yuyu

The screen pack was release on 2004 for both version mugen dos and winmugen

on 2005 Tatsu release many add on Including Street Fighter 3rd Strike a very low res type and other Add on as well like the lifebar like character behavior. Meaning that life bar its was coded like a character with the font action and some the code where from common1.cns after years was pass on.

Tatsu created 4 Mugen characters for the winmugen and dos version. I had tryed to use the waybackmachine website to see if I could get hold of the winmugen version but I had no luck. so I was very lucky to retrieved the Dos version of mugen the very first older screen pack made by Tatsu . The images where very discolored and was 320x240 was very color loss very pixel. So I took upon my sefl to remake it and edit my self and I wanted to make it just like he had it... but was not that simple. system.def was very very old and weird. after 2 month of reconstruction the screenpack

Ryon,Genesis and Ares took the time and been helping me with my minor setting that I could not fix

That contain Devil may cry Characters :D!
you can create your own characters and stages and screen pack theme with intro, lifebars, gameover and your own ending credit. but you have to learn everything about mugen when dealing with Mugen in general. now as for a Full game Guide sorry there none at the moment. But there Video Guides on creating stages, lifebars, screenpack and characters from youtube.

Capcom Fighting Evolution Max ScreenPack was made by no other than ZEDZDEAD this project been around sense 2002 and made for the Older version of winmugen unlimited and later pass year the screen pack kept updating and remade by the same man. but when winmugen plus came the scene a few unknown mugen fans remade the screen pack into High res by the improvable of ZEDZDEAD and named it Capcom Fighting Evolution Max Remix. This historical screen pack been around for very long time. later that year Young man by the name of Lorenor remade the screen pack for the mugen 1.0 and as well he got the provable of ZDZDEAD to posted on Mugen Infantry and after few year later was discontinued from Mugen Infantry & Mugen History. To this day many mugen fans keep searching for the Great Historical screen pack by making request for the screenpack. ZedzDead had many help support when creating this screen pack and always encourage mugen fans to keep using his screen pack base on his great accomplishment

Hi  SolWarrior Im Yuyu nice to meet you after taking look at your first time stage. I have to stay great job :D just being your first time and I like to see more of your work in the future :)
 
okay now my own opinion feed back about your stage :D

1.the flame animation don't look good on a pretty Hampshire daylight sky and cloud. kinda giving it away. I think that the flame should be for like for cave stages or dungeon stages if you catch my meaning ^.^

2. I think you should make the angel statue show its self more its hard to tell from there angel wing and there face :) I love to see if u can add better image :)

3. I would love to see fly white dove bird flying in background while the cloud are moving to make it more heavenly to the pretty Hampshire and love to see Parallax on the ground movement :)

Before you had it like this

I think you should double check all your stages and see if most all player 1 position are to close the the player 2 :)

not sure if you wanted his stage to run on the mugen 1.1 and make zoom but you can still can make his stage work for the mugen 1.1 and make it zoom

just add this

Only thing I need is the Character names and the mugen author name and I am trying to collect as many as possible. please be sure that they are main release characters becuase I don't want to deal with wip and private stuff if you catch my meaning. So just plain main release by them only.Please don't worry about posting the link that something I can do on my own just need there both names and that is all :)

TIP: if there any type of 3d mugen characters that I miss and you want to include them into my request please I am willing to listen TO your suggestion :D

Sorry, but why exactly did you got banned from MediaFire?
its all started with me getting an email from them stating that all my mugen file were copyrighted by law. and they close my files wih a * C * on all my file from preventing people get access to all my file. all my link was for Mugen free for all. because I was trying restore all the mugen characters, lifebars, stages and Screen pack from Mugen free for all. this happen to two time already with them. Neo Geo Kitsume and the other from Chatroon explain to me and said that this happen to Zombie Brock and he had same problem. so I send a private message to Zombie Brock how he did it to fix my problem and He explain to me how he got his stuff fixed up.but I did that explain to Mediafire that Mugen cant be copyrighted by law because the software is free and fan made software. I give them the full explanation to them. then they they keep claiming that all my file were close of the fact that they found copyrighted mp3 with the file. I explain to them none the mp3 are none royalty copyrighted sound and there none to be claim. then still say that all music with the program need to be removed. So I had sign languages translator call for me threw there Poll free phone number and explain to them directly to them because I'm mute and I had my personal translator explain to them none the mp3 and mugen are not copyrighted. we got hold of someone we explain to them all the details. they keep telling us we have illegal sound with the stages files and screen pack file that are not aloud in there system. We also explain to them that these file were uploaded back in 2010. any thing from that time period should not be foreclosed. Also we explain none these mp3 are not copyrighted by any source. They said to us if you don't delete or removed the sound of the file we will take action and banned  you from carrying illegal file with in there system and your account be be removed. and there for they did. this is why I give up on uploading thing threw them because they gotten a lot worse an there not mush I can do about it now because its to late for that now. Now anytime you upload stage or screen pack be sure that mp3 is not a royalty you be fine with in there file system , anything from J-pop music or movie music or any type of famous composer music is out the question  they well detected in there system including anime music from video for any mp3 they see and they will foreclose your files
