Just tried the game. Apparently certain characters are only available depending on which screen pack you're using? Can someone tell me which ones?

MK1 and MK2 have NESTS Kyo, KUSANAGI and Claw Iori.

To those who couldn't get Shell.exe running, try changing your system locale to Chinese (Simplified).

Locale Emulator is a better option IMO, just select "Run in Chinese (simplified)" and it runs without problem except the one where I can't understand shit and just have to guess based on observable changes...



A translation would be much appreciated

There's like turning of BGM, filling meter bars, strip KO, running it fullscreen or windowed.

According to my "pausing-a-video" skills, it should definately make contact.
Or the NotGetHit state while the opponent is burning is too long.
But just to rephrase it again: I have no clue of the character nor mugen coding...
So if this is meant to be tricky (as what you say makes me assume, it is possible, timing it right), just disregard this.

Well, I didn't code the character, so the hitbox probably wasn't added with that combo.

Yeah. I recognized that, too. The wall bounce seems to be set rather high. As it's close to happening most of the time.

Also I recognized that at 1:30 in the video the kick doesn't connect / hit after the flaming punch.
Don't know the source character, so I neither know the name of the moves nor if this behaviour is meant to be this way.

The Max stock is a bit tricky, I probably mistimed the kick while doing the combo.

Nah, 3 bars actually do more, my settings were just at 250%.

Funny, seeing that you're clearly not using yours when you try to accuse someone of "stealing" your sprites, not displaying any evidence and calling your supposed "suspect" various names.

What you're doing doesn't help much in your favor, trust me.

He's basically meaning that this mysterious 'STAR' creator is like a sneaky fellow or something. I'm guessing like he's stealing someone's creation?

I can admit seeing that health-based transformations for Chris is a real changeup for the game! I wish I could see more of that for other KOF fighters.

He actually has a Mizuchi mode, though it wasn't shown in the video, I think Chris can change into that when he has low hp as well.

From just the video they look awesome, man.
That 28 hit combo on Kyo is sick!

Two things I noticed, which might be true to source / your composition.

1.) Either I'm blind or this Kyo doesn't have / use his R.E.D. Kick.

2.) From time 6:15 on, some of the hit anim frames of Orochi look like they still are using Chris' sprites.

So please disregard these two points in case this is supposed to be like this.
