The whole thing seems too bright. I suggest replacing the moon with a darker one, getting new rain effects (the one you have splatters in mid-air like p.o.t.s. said), and removing the fog. Also, you should set the the floortension to around 80. I like the concept of this stage. Good luck with the update.

Oh, hmm.

I played 2nd Impact again.

I see what's going on.  My bad.

There are different background sprites that appear at random whenever the stage is played.

One set has the fat lady and mom/daughter couple, and the other set has someone who looks like Master Roshi and a different lady.

You could make 2 different versions.

Ziltama, you are the man! That's a great idea. I'll make the second version with the bird cages intact, and the old couple in front of the bus. Thanks! :mink:

Uh, hmm...

It's like a mix between Yun's SFIII and SFIII:2I stages:

It's SFIII:2I's background with SFIII's background sprites (fat lady is missing animation but not present in 2I anyways).  It just seems odd.

I think the bird cages would look better intact.

You may want to ask this Zweifuss person to rip the correct game's sprites.

Otherwise, technically, the stage is fine.

Thanks for the feedback. Zweifuss ripped sprites 0,0 and 0,1 which make up the buildings and the bus. All the animations and various other things were ripped by me from Nebula. Everything I got was from 2nd Impact. I never actually checked out the New Generation version.

The Human Sprites Don't Blend with the Background.

+1

If you replaced the sprites with people that match the cartoon look of the pyramid in the backround, this might be a good stage to use with Warner's style of characters like peter griffin.

Your stage name has spaces (get ready to brawl), which means you can't assign it to a character. "Get_ready_to_brawl" would work.

Player 2 has a slight advantage because there is more room on the right, but it's not a huge difference. Besides that, nice stage. The more city stages the better. :)

The last thing we need is a SF character that plays like a portugese goku ssj9000 transexual.

That had me laughing for a while.

Anyways, this wip looks great. Much better then the other versions I've seen.

Ending isn't 100% accurate. The text doesn't scroll (I didn't want the file too big), and I made a few changes because the width is different.
I hope Tom from this ending becomes playable in SF4. He seems like a cool character. I hope Capcom brings Alex back too.

Nice stage. I never played Fight Fever before, but I can think of a certain stage of a certain game that they may have copied.

What's a good program from capturing animations. It's a pain to do it by pressing the screenshot button over an over again. (I know, I'm still a N00b at all this) :(

The color loss is bad. If you cut this into about 30 or more pieces (the more the better), this stage will be awesome.
You named it "Alpha Bay City." You should change it to "Alpha_Bay_City" because if there are spaces in the name, you can't assign the stage to a character.
Also, change your debugbg to 0. Having it at 1 can slow performance.

I love the concept of this stage. I hope you redo it.

Thanks for the comments everyone. About the sun, it was definitely a problem deciding the right level of brightness and color. I probably should of made it more orange, and a little darker.

Special thanks to Misamu and P.O.T.S. for some key sprites that made this stage possible. Thanks a lot guys. :mink:

Gouken looks great, but  you must add more details on his beard...he looks santa claus! :santa:

I agree. You and and Ohsky should collaborate and redo the sprites based off of the Gouken in his avatar. Although I know you must be sick of editing sprites by now.
