the old Hoodie Jin WIP i don't remember the exact reason why Sammyboi and Roman cancelled this particular wip tho.. it was coming along nicely..

Roman, Sammyboi and Myself were doing that project. As is often the case, we each became really busy with our studies at the time and also lost our passion for it.

I dropped out of the project before the others but I guess I always secretly hoped both Roman and Sammyboi continued without me. I have to admit I did wonder whether Roman helped Chuchoryu when his Jin came out as the sprites seemed familiar to me. Roman is an excellent spriter, The original hooded Jin sprites were really cool!

Hi Ink, I was looking through some of the sprites you have made. You have been working on CPS3 style for a long time and it really shows.

This actually has had my laughing for about 10 minutes straight. I think as Balthazar pointed out, this does look very risqué! I kinda want to see this completed fully though because my childish side finds it very funny!  ;D Out of curiosity, why did you create an animation where he is thrusting amorously like a dog in heat?   :P

one of the SFIII intros/taunt for CvS Ken
made by the_mith, CVSNB, and Jmorphman
I am unsure of this, what exactly did CVSNB or Jmorphman contribute to this sprite? Admittedly I am only taking a passing glance at it but it looks exactly like the sprites I posted years ago!

The ethical thing to do is to tell the boyfriend, but it doesn't seem as clear cut as that. If I was in your situation I would need to be 100% sure before saying anything because you don't want your living situation to get worse.

Also, do you have feelings for your flatmate? (Or her BF?)

Apparently there are a lot of "sports entertainers" angry at the Rock being so prominent at WM. Basically saying he is taking a spot for a huge payday for someone else and is establishing  a new guy. Any thoughts on this?

Personally I think it is silly to have that opinion, Rock on a show makes the whole product bigger and if anything it gives people the opportunity to make themselves. Andre\Hogan is a brilliant example of this; even though they sold the tickets Savage\Steamboat stole the show and are considered huge in no small part thanks to that match!

Played AE the other day online after several months! It seems to me like the players that are playing now are all pretty good. They have their links down, I spent a lot of time blocking, which was good because it gave me the chance to improve my defensive game.

I haven't really played AE but Vega (claw) seems very useless in this now... Had fun playing this after so long.  :sugoi:

Reading through these replies has me divided! I like unlockable characters as long as the amount of fighters are small. Unlocking characters in SF4 was simple and didn't take long at all but if you had to unlock half the characters in SSF4:AE then that would be a pain.

Also I think I'm missing something but why does unlocking characters on a console have anything to do with competitive play? If these guys are competitive then unlocking characters shouldn't be any kind of issue. And it's not even a valid arguments for tournament's because these guys are supposed to be the best in the area, and between them they don't have a save file with all the characters?

Something I do disagree with is the whole "beat arcade mode with every character to get the boss". Could easily just be "beat the boss with your fav character in hard mode". That would encourage people to train with their fave charcter and improve their game.

Kazuya is preserved by genetics company G-Corporation from tissue recovered from Devil Kazuya's body, found in the volcano after Tekken 2.
Lee is just a vain motherfucker who probably uses every form of moisturizer and anti-aging ointment on the market.

Besides, I could believe Kazuya being fifty.
I believe the words were "regenerated from the corpse" so its likely kazuya IS the corpse recovered from the volcano, with the devil gene regening him constantly I guess.

actually im curious on this, can anyone that is a tekken buff elaborate on this?

A few day's after Kazuya’s death in T2 G corporation recovered his body and revived him somehow (?!) so Kazuya allowed them to experiment on him and discover what exactly the "devil gene" was. This allowed Kazuya to learn more about the devil gene so that he could take back the Mishima Zaibatsu.

I don't think the Devil Gene is regenerating him in per se, perhaps it is making his recovery better than the average human but he still has the scars so it isn't perfect. I got the impression he was regenerated by technology, he is weakened because half of the devil is in Jin which is why he wanted the whole devil in T4 in order to return to his glory days. If he got the other half of the devil from Jin then he could probably fully regenerate.

Also people like Paul and Law are supposed to be a similar age to Kazuya so I just think in the Tekken universe people do not age.

maybe i just missed anything cool from chris jericho in the last years
I'm with you there, I never really got the appeal of Jericho. Don't get me wrong he's a decent wrestler (not outstanding but much better then most in WWE right now), his promo's are good and he was a million times more interesting when he became all serious with a suit on. However, I've never seen him as a top guy. But this seems to be a minority opinion...

His adverts were good though  :sugoi:

Quote
The rival battles appear when you progress in arcade mode with an official tag team! Through these scenes you’ll be able to see the story of SFxTK unfold!
That's were I got it from.  If it was the same as regular rival battles, I doubt they'd tout it as 'seeing the whole story unfold.'
I think that means scenes in the sense that the multiple partnered scenes. I.E, once you've seen the cutscene between Kazuya and Ryu, then scene between Guile and King etc you get the full picture.

Eitherway, street fighter is terrible at getting it's story across. Generally you have to read multiple stories outside the main game to get an understanding of the story.

This week's raw was surprising in that Cena was only used once. I don't think Piper knew what his own point was during Piper's pit. It started off as Cena not using the crowd’s energy (which is BS) to you need to tell the crowd what you feel (which Cena does every week). I did like Piper's Pit as a whole (don't know why!) but I think it would have been better if Piper had a point, it seemed like he was basically rambling. I guess he does change the questions when you think you have the answer though.

It was awesome that Cena mentioned One Night Stand, that was easily the most hostile crowd I have ever seen, that earned Cena big time points!

I agree with the general sentiment of Cole should be a manager and King needs to retire. On commentary they are awful.

By the way did anyone see the Sin Cara T shirt that was pulled due to... erm it's imaginative artwork?

I watched the Shawn Michaels vs Bret Hart Blu Ray yesterday. It was pretty cool, they are two of my favourite all time wrestlers and the interview was interesting for the most part. Anyone else see it? What did you think?

Don’t sell yourself short Temp, you are probably better than average!

Also commenting on a guys spelling and grammar is about as lame as arguments can get.

However, Shunu you are maining a character that is widely considered to be advantageous in match’s. On top of this you seem completely unwilling to consider that the issue’s you are experiencing is either due to lag or poor timing on your part. In this case, there is not “solution” per se. If you are posting in order to have a little whine and a moan then clearly you are in the wrong place. It doesn’t seem like anyone else here feels what you feel.

I believe that is what they believe!

Unlike other's here I hate the idea of an afterlife or spirit etc. Much prefer to think that I'll stop existing then having to deal with an eternity in some afterlife based on choice's in make in a maximum of 100 years. It's not a representative precentage, if I live for 50 years and I'm the nicest guy ever and then spend the rest of eternity being vile why should I be in heven?

aka, first he is nice blabla..people like him..than he does something wrong, betrays his old friends and  the folks hate him
Maybe, it would be pretty funny because thats usually a tactic they reserve for the diva's division now!

By the way, I was just wondering how many non-brits understood that during the Cm Punk/ADR segment the crowd were chanting "'Oo 'R Ya!?" aka "Who are you?". When I watched it I just kept thinking that people outside of the UK (including the the people in the ring) probably have no idea what is being said.  :sugoi:
