Here's the reality: no one is going to give you an actual answer.

It's ambitious.  It's unrealistic.  Anyone asking the question would be perceived as a memester.

Your question was actually given a decently realistic question long ago:

You mean this one here isn't enough ? What is it you don't understand in that sentence ? It's only two words.
1- Revive Elecbyte

Elecbyte has had no public activity for years now.  Their main page has been inaccessible for even longer.  Do they still exist as a current day working company?  There's nothing that suggests their employees are even still together, let alone employed and working at Elecbyte.

EDIT: Sources?  Their last post on twitter is 2016: https://twitter.com/elecbyte?lang=en
Their main page is inaccessible: http://elecbyte.com/

^This is my major problem with compilations.  Many of them are a mish mash of various authors' content that it becomes a jumbled mess.  It honestly grinds my gears when the compilation creator proceeds to say something like "Hey guys!  I made a Mugen game!  Check it out!"

Not to mention the bad name compilations tends to give Mugen as a whole.  Many people outside of the community often only know Mugen through poorly made compilations and skews their impression of the engine.

That brings me to another point where some people complain about Mugen as a whole because it has broken or dumb shit.  Like what the fuck, don't download it into your roster then?  Nothing's stopping them from excluding those characters, but people whose only hands on exposure to Mugen is through compilations wouldn't have learned that.

Call me an elitist, but I honestly think people should just construct one's own personal compilation from scratch, starting from the base roster of Kung Fu Man, and working their way up to a full personalized roster of characters, stages, and various motifs segments.  You learn a lot more about how to work with configuring things on your own that way.

Holy delicious 50 tracks.

You also gotta admire Sakurai’s love for the SNK franchises, and his desire to spread their appeal.  I love the little history lesson he gave on Terry and Fatal Fury.

LOL That actually happened?  That's hilarious

But yes @GeorgeMP:, they say two wrongs don't make a right.  That would only add fuel to the fire that MA wants.

r/mugen is practically endorsed by MA, if not outright run by them.

I almost always read someone's post as if their avatar was saying it.
It throws me off when someone who posts frequently suddenly changes their avatar.  Now I have to imagine a new voice for them.

The animations look pretty good from what we could see so far.

Interested to see how this turns out.

I've played using controllers before.  And imo... it does not feel good.  I'd much rather stick to a keyboard.

I think it's less Konami being clueless, and more so Konami just straight up not being interested in making games anymore.

What led to this situation? Is it because Discord has a phone app?

It's times moving on and message board based communities falling out of favour.

Forums were still decently prevalent even with social media since you'd have lots of different communities bunched up in those.  But the community you see in Discord is restricted to the ones in the server(s) you participate in.

Quick note that this is not just for Blazblue.  Numberpad notation is pretty much used in any game that's not Street Fighter or Tekken, though it's most often used in games with a primarily JP playerbase.

A benefit of using this is that players can communicate combos beyond the language barrier.

Akatsuki's is as expected.  Neo's is pretty dang cool.  Blitz's is disappointing. :X

Adachi and Susanooh completely surprised me.  Mainly with how Elizabeth appeared first and I didn’t expect a second Persona character.

If anyone's been keeping up with prerelease info, it's heavily speculated that there will be 2 Blazblue characters.
It would also make sense to have an additional Under Night and Persona character.
Now the question is what franchise will the last character be from?  This leaves Senran and Arcana as the only franchises with a single character unless the 5th character comes from them.

Being unfamiliar with website architecture, could someone explain how out of date files could increase CPU usage?  Is that a result of attempting to run/load poor & outdated data?  Or does that cause some kind of conflict between other files and somehow puts a burden on performance?

Got a buddy of mine in a chat I go to that's been spoiling me.
According to him Terry and Hayabusa are the last two.
https://www.reddit.com/r/smashbros/comments/cyv8om/sabi_with_the_way_things_are_sounding_from_what/
Long story short, Sabi, a credible leaker who has correctly leaked several E3, EVO, and IndieWorld reveals (to the point of getting a C&D from Nintendo), believes Terry to be the 4th character.

This coincides with a supposed other leak that claimed the 4th and 5th characters are Terry and Ryu Hayabusa (Where no other leaks have talked about Terry at all).  Sabi doesn't seem to have any comments on the 5th character other than 'speculation will get interesting'.

I thought there was only 1 character remaining.

I was thinking mars people as a character. It could be cool.

Character 4 and 5 are still missing.  Piranha Plant isn't part of the 5 characters.

They teased Aban before, but the other two are a nice surprise.

3rd character is another version of Kawase.  Possibly her young version that appeared in her previous games.  At the moment it doesn’t seem like we have any info on if the two Kawases will play differently.

Any image manipulation program that can work with indexed colors will work as well.

I've been using GIMP to make palettes.
