EDIT: Fixed up a few things

the left arm in my opinion is still a bit too far out. and it sort of just shifts a pixel forward in the 3rd frame.  also there is that wavy movement going on in the left side of his pants. because of that leg movement going on the his left, the crotch area seems affected by it to.

edit: pay attention to where the red circles are in the animation, this is what im trying to point out

i was wondering what was wrong with the a17, it turns out it was his left arm being too far out from his torso. it looks much better now.

make him inhale before executing the move and as soon as he executes it make him close his mouth and eyes. imo, i think it might give buu more expression

Also since it looks like A17 doesn't have eyebrows or they are rather very slim, I suggest reducing the size of them.

i just want him to actually plan out his moveset and maybe communicate with the Z2 team, like what gennos said. this all just feels...disjointed. the sprites themselves look great, but I feel like hes just spriting out moves out of head without no flow or something, instead of trying to come up with a good game plan, how the character works, his priorities, etc.

this. I can't really see any unique combos with all the moves he have created up til now.

you can try exaggerating a17 a bit more by making his hair waver during basic attack and maybe movement. also for his stance his legs bounce up and down rather then move back and forth. you can try doing that while having his torso swing back and forth and see if that works out.

Shouldn't A17 be scaled to be half a head shorter then Piccolo?

i personally think this would work well as a medium punch

however, you can have his elbow bend inwards sort of like a hook, and also have his right leg turn torwards the opponent( in this case turn right )
