Can't you use the Megaman X edit from Mugen Infinity?

Blade Armor Slash

Sorry for the late reply, I was busy with cristmas stuff.
I edited the floor with photoshop to answer your question. Gimp makes the same job as I see.

That's exactly what I said when I made the floor like that. I did the same thing with the Title Logo animation so that it would correspond with the floor.

And apparently, I had to look up how you change the perspective of images which is what brought me to GIMP in the first place. Needless to say, Google is not something anyone should take lightly.

The Background effects are very nice!

My points of critic:

1. The floor has a wrong perspective.
It looks very flat:


It maybe could look more like this (only an example):


2. The floor sprite looks very blurry (due to resizing)

3. The mirroring effect doesn't make much sense (especially in the first stage). Maybe you could use a more flat shadow, that doesn't leave the edges of the floor.

1. Yeah, I'm no parallax whiz. Your example is much better. Plus I think I resized it one too many. (Although, I think it looks more smoothed out than blurry...) Also, how'd you scale the floor like that?

2. That was to accommodate the 1.1 version, but I could try to work something out.

3. Heh. I thought it was worth a shot. Oh well.

I appreciate the feedback. Especially from a stage-converting legend.

Iridion 3D is a game that was released for the GAME BOY Advance that features "3-D" FMV backgrounds, Mode 7 (like most GBA games), & good shmup action. I plan on converting all of the stages the have the effect mentioned above.


The tunnel frames/animation in Stage 1, "ESCAPE THROUGH THE DISPOSAL TUNNEL", are 100% source accurate at 2 ticks per second & 32 frames.

However, Stage 2, "DOGFIGHT ABOVE THE PACIFIC OCEAN", isn't quite as accurate regarding frames/animation as the water frames has been halved due to some software I used (the game runs at 60FPS). Although, I do have all the frames somewhere on my PC. And while I think that the animation looks nice as is, I may end up updating the stage in the future purely for the sake of accuracy. If not, I'll just re-rip them. Also, you probably can't tell, but the cloud is parallaxed, just like the source game.


The floor is from the game's Main Menu tiles, except that I edited it to look like a floor and slapped the game's Title Logo (which is animated) on it.

I've been saying the same thing to myself for months & I whole-heartedly agree. Besides, the previous 3 years, including this one, have all been WTF moments (At least, from my point of view). 2017 needs to be a good year in general, not just for us gamers.

Yeah, I have a feeling that armin_iuf was reading the comments on this, or any M.U.G.E.N community. I wasn't one of the people who asked for him because I too, was hoping for him to be converted for M.U.G.E.N. I was giddy for about 5-10 minutes. Still got a bit of hype left in me.

This character is great I'm glad someone decided to create her.

Also, her surname isn't Dame and it was never confirmed who her sister actually was, but she does have a long lost family member she's searching for. Its pretty much speculated by fans of the EX series that Blair is her sister due to them having moves that resemble one another, but there was never confirmation as to if they were related.

Well, her surname isn't mentioned in any other site. And I just remembered that her profile was released and shown in the SFV topic here, and apparently it doesn't mention a surname either. Since the latter is an official source, maybe stick to just Sharon until we get an update on that (if ever).

EDIT: Here. If you don't read japanese, just use Google translate, it does translate "Name: Sharon", but there is nothing after. Sure, in some cases, like R. Mika, it does say her name is just "Rainbow Mika", but there is a note above saying that she is actually called Mika Nanakawa, Sharon doesn't have that note.
