Link not working because the site is blacklisted.
Anyway, misspelling in the def files or they are in a different folder. Make sure all the paths are correct, that your fight.sff is in the specified folder (data/MK III LB/...), you probably put them in a different place.

I copied and pasted all the fonts.

I got this error message as soon as I added the lifebars to my mugen. "Error message: Can't find file data/MK III LB/fight.sff
Error loading fight data: fight.def
Error loading system data: data/IMT03/system.def"

Get familiar with helpers.
You'll spawn the helper on P2's X value, and then set the Y velocity of it. When it reaches Y >= 0 have it stop because it's hit the ground and crushed P2.
Depending on how you want P2 to act, you make a custom animation in your character and set the custom state to use it.
You probably could use an explod for the blood inside the logo/helper.

Oh ok, but do i have to put a fatality logo all over it? and how do I set up the helper?

I would code a normal Ultra throw move. Then once it's working 100% I'd put in the requirements for the fatality part. Like if you have to have exactly 0 health. Or if you're doing a Killer Instinct 2 type thing where you get 1 shot at it, the health has to be below 50 or 100 or whatever.

If you're trying to have P2 interact with everything you'll have to code it as a full game. You'll set P2 into a custom state and they'd use their own animation(s). That coupled with P1's animations you'll have a full fatality type move.

Okay, but how do i make the fatality where a logo crushes the person?

It's not one of the generic ones that the opponent becomes dizzy, i mean the one that you completly defeat. And the fatality that i want on my character is to have something fall onto them and it crushes them and a form of blood pools out of it, how do i make something like that?
    

How do i make a stage with finishers performed by any character?

It's a stage where you take place at a mountain and the finisher is to have the character shoving the other character into a lake and they drown to death. How do i make something like that what i have described there?

I just downloaded her and she opens just fine in Fighter Factory 3.5.3 (the latest). Are you opening her by loading the .def?

I just use the classic version of fighter factory, ultimate and 3 were confusing for me.

My Felicia has all of VSav's blood effects. You can use Fighter Factory's import function. Groups are in the 8700's.

Should you use them, give credit to Rednavi as well since he ripped them for me.

Right now, I am trying to find a blood effects mugen file, and when I tried to make my own blood effects I've failed miserably. so does anyone have any blood effects file that I could download? thank you
