I already have the animation for Final Flash (Only SSJ mode) but I didn't have any new effects for it. The sprites for the launch animation are the SSJ side ones right above the effects

It's mainly because I'm probably gonna go from making Nemesis just for this game, to making him into a full-fledged character outside of it as well.
I think you must pick a char that can shoot something because is a Rockman engine based game.
If Donatello don't shoot anything, maybe if he throw the pole like a bomerang or just melee attacks that shoot "air waves" or something like this

Are the size of Sentinel and Apoc right?
Sentinel seams ok to me, just dunno about Apoc
As suggested, I've changed all the common sparks to something closer to 16bits era. The transparent sparks are cool, but doesn't fits.

That's actually not too bad, but I was thinking of something a little more like this:
It deviates just slightly from the original Megaman template, but the template WAS used to create it. I even modified the original buster shot and transformed it into his rocket shot.
I don't know about adding strikers to him, but if I did, it would probably be Mr.X. Not that I plan to give him strikers or anything.
Also, hum. It took me until just yesterday, but I noticed Goku could only teleport around and shoot beams. He has no other attacks. Is that intentional? Because I think it'd make him a little too easy to beast by just spamming the only attacks he could use. I'm just.. Saiyan...
