I can say from the video that I think there should be one more transition frame for when he goes from whatever back to his basic stance. That back elbow just comes so far out so quickly. Other than that, seems great.

The transition frame, well, we can't forget it's a SF2 style Character, not like the chars of SF3, CVS, or KOF they have in their animations more frames and the animations are more fluid.

Very cool, but you must work more in the stance, something more original or... the same sprite BUT maybe with different arms, both arms holding the sword or something like that. Is only a suggestion.
so what happens, does he get knocked out or return to normal dcat?
It would be nice if they were both!

His stage actually already does exist for mugen. I remember downloading it somewhere. Though it's not all that good to be honest.
It would be nice if someone remake that stage, some redraw or something.

Mmm just by the pics... the character looks cool, but I think that the character will look more interesting if you create a separated color palette for him, but of course it would be more work, but worth it.
