The Scorp set seems to be missing from the folder.

It's fine. The version type in the def file doesn't prevent things from operating in specific versions. It's the internal coding used that defines that. Well, at least for Winmugen it doesn't really matter what you put there in the def file, as the version.

Just those 5 have updates. I will get around to tightening things up for everyone else too soon. It'll go a lot faster now too, because of the new domain and all. I actually hadn't noticed all the pals that Akuma had, until this extension. Big bro Infinite helped a lot with updating the pals and extending the CS, though he forgot the feet I believe in the pal updates. So, instead of bothering him any further, I did it myself.

I got to look at them all, and honestly never knew about that default pal Sabockee had made. Yeah, I like that pal a lot more than the CvS default one myself. I also tweaked pals 7-12 to show off the pal extensions. Like the above Cyborg Akuma by Ness you displayed there. I retained their default versions as well.

So, I now have my own subdomain at TM. I'll have to learn or acquire some help with making it look all fancy and whatnot, but for now, it serves it's purpose. This means my folder in the main TM has now been antiquated. JZ will probably get rid of it, IDK. You can now get all my stuff at: http://divinewolf.trinitymugen.net/chars/

Link will be in the OP as well. I have since updated Akuma, KFG, KFM, Sagat, and Skullo. Akuma's CS was extended and I changed his Messatsu Gouhadou back to it's real command. HCB x2 + P, as it was throwing me off when playing him, and I accidentally used the alternate CMD when applying the buffer to him. He also now has 2 custom made Midnight Bliss animations courtesy of @sabockee:

As for everything else, more so just miscellaneous tweaks, mainly with tightening up the timing with the buffer. This refers to the others mostly as well. I also added the still Winmugen compatible versions for these respective 5, now titled "DW[char name]". I didn't forget about you @Bad Mr. Basara: my brother. :) The only difference is that the "DW" versions don't have AI, which leaves them Win compatible. I will do this for all future AI additions to chars, so for those that still use Win, won't be stuck with obsolete versions.

There's also something else I'll end up doing in the relative future. That'll be uploading a version of KFM using Mugen's default CMD stuff. I know a lot of people have used my KFM as a template, and others will continue to do so. The buffer system is advanced, and will throw newcomers off really hard. It's not beginner friendly, and I hadn't thought of that till recently. It's something you need some experience with coding before you try and delve into it. Also, while it is nice to have, I don't consider it mandatory in the least for anyone to use any type of buffering system. So, no need to make it harder on aspiring content creators. I'll get around to it within a week or so I suppose.

It's a nice CS.... But it's in that range where I get discouraged to make pals for it lol. I'll try to crack one out. That small pic is great. Hades does great work. I think he's done like almost all of the ones for my own chars lol. Looking forward to more progress and good luck with everything.

None of my chars have Just Defense. The ReadMe breakdown is just to let everyone know what the chars are capable of and what all mechanics are being drawn from the CvS groove system pool. What I use is a combination of N(primary), C, and S groove. Chain combos are only applied to chars that had them in their respective game(s), and uses the "Morrigan" method that was used in CvS2. They are allowed to chain on the ground, but if they do, are not allowed to special/super cancel from said normals.

In the ReadMe, if the mechanic/function has an "X" next to it, that means the char can not perform said mechanic. I thought about implementing it long ago, but am more aggressive minded when playing, so I honestly prefer Parry. Just Defense is a safer option and more defensive, as mistiming it won't result in you eating a hit. Though not as good for keeping pressure on opponents, which I prefer. The list is just to show people who aren't familiar with CvS2's custom groove options, what they are, and what I used. The X's and O's tell you what you need to know.

A few colors are mixed up in the list of colors, like the 2nd visor color, along with a couple others. Though it doesn't effect the pal table overall, so it's cool.

166 pals I had to update... What was I thinking...? I honestly had no idea he had so many pals. A big thanks to Big Bro Infinite for the assist. I plan to expand Sagat's and Yuka's CS as well.

I don't think it needs to be scaled, Sabockee. Though that's up to you entirely. I feel it's like you said, the heels and hair, along with the broadness of the skirt. Giving the illusion that she's bigger/taller. Though even if she is taller, I like the "amazonian" feel to it. Like, even though Demitri turned Akuma into a girl, she still gives off a dominant presence.

There is a full drain animation for Ingrid's default MB already in CK's SFF. Maybe he added it later and people just didn't notice? It's also used for a winpose though, which I'm not too fond of. So I just brainstormed something that would look nice/befitting of her. I have my moments. :P And Sabockee brought it to life. Yes, it is a cosplay of Silent Magician.

@sabockee:

Got around to implementing the maid one as well:

Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

I'm gonna be extending his CS to include his feet, arms, and hands. Maybe chest too..? Idk... But I already started on his feet. Didn't want you to think I was slacking, Sabockee. :P

Was working with CrazyKoopa on updating his Ingrid. Special thanks to Mr. Infinite and Quickfist for the help with extending her CS/hi-resing her FX. Also special thanks to Sabockee for the custom MB.

Not a fan of Karin, but beautiful work. Her SFV design isn't too far removed from SFA. I do prefer the SFV attire/look in this case tho. Kinda feel like they took some inspiration from Lili from Tekken.

Captain Fire and Corridor being supers and Captain Storm/Sword being the Level 3 super is also great, them being regular special attacks like in MvC would feel weird imo. It works for the style of game that the Vs series has been, kind of wild and fast-paced. CvS has always felt a bit more grounded, by comparison..

Why? Why is it great to spend meter to do moves that he could do by default and are apart of his utility in general? It's not like Captain Fire/Corridor are anything special/overpowered. C.Fire is just the run of the mill projectile honestly. While Corridor functions much like Kyosuke's Lighting Upper. Why give him a SRK instead of just keeping Corridor? It's just his anti air defense.

Captain Storm being more cinematic and made more powerful for the sake of it is fine. Though why a Storm+Sword hybrid? C.Sword isn't anything all that special either. TBH, Commando by default is more streamline to just go into the format as is than most other Vs styled chars. There's really no reasoning behind this, other than that's just what he wanted to do. Which is his prerogative to do so, but, not needed honestly to make him fit with the rest of the cast.

While I personally would love to see Knux's own pure original take on the good Captain, I don't feel like taking some things from Waru's Commando is as bad of an idea as you make it.

I never said it was a bad idea. I said that's his own personal take, stemmed from his own imagination. If you're just gonna do the same thing he did, with different FX and EX moves, why even bother? At that point, it's honestly an edit. Which isn't inherently bad, though I don't see the point.

I don't like Waru's version. I would advice against using stuff from his, as that's his own personal take. Making Captain Fire/Corridor supers honestly makes no sense to me. The lack of chaining is detrimental to Vs styled chars as well. I did with Strider/Psylocke/Jill, what they did with Morrigan in CvS.

Just because you're making the char in a CvS-ish format, doesn't mean he needs to lose what makes him...well...HIM. Chaining is in CvS. Morrigan can do it by default, and it can be given via sub system mechanics. I personally wouldn't make any config, but you do you. I would suggest sticking to his MvC scheme, and maybe see about adding something from his actual game and maybe from some games he cameo'd in. Like Project X Zone I believe.
