You could have Tien give his shirt to Chiaozu for the super and then have him put it back on once the super is done

I don't really think they will have a story past Z with Teen Goten and Teen Trunks. Super focuses on Goku. Z focused on Gohan around the Cell Saga but, they got Goku back for the Buu Saga as fans were crying out loud. Even if they go past Z with Teen Goten and Teen Trunks, I don't think they will have a major role. Look at Gohan now. They are trying to make him as important as before. It's not easy.
