Hello! So, after popping in to lurk here over the many years, I finally decided to join the site. Although I'm new here, I'm not necessarily new to MUGEN. I've dabbled in it here and there for years, but never produced anything worthwhile with it.

Like many of you, I'm sure, when I first discovered the game I had unrealistically lofty dreams of making the biggest, baddest Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat game in history. Now that I'm older, wiser and with a family of my own I'm much more grounded when it comes to the reality of how much work actually goes in to something as seemingly simple as making a character throw a punch. Armed with understanding, I figured that it was time to scratch that MUGEN itch that never went away. So, here I am

I had one question, though, before I wrapped up this introduction; I was wondering what the appropriate forum would be, if any, to place an ad to hire an artist for commissions? I've looked at the threads of many of the "big names" around here, but all seem to be rather busy.

Anyway, I look forward to being a member of the site!
