Oh yea he's looking like a menace now. Great work!!

I do agree he could use some leg motion to bring him to life a bit more. I also wonder if both hands should be doing a grasping motion or both be fists.

Here we will post positions we would like some help on. post here or send a PM if you are interested.

SPECIFIC
Stage Creator: Creating custom stages based on MSH, MVC, XMEN:COTA etc. style.

Portrait Creator: We need consistently styled portraits for the win screen. currently Doom and Psylocke have their portraits from MVC2. Unfortunately
those won't be available for every character planned so we need an alternative or to find portraits that fit the style for all characters.



GENERAL
Character Converters: A lot of characters planned are already in existence, help customising and conforming them to the MSH:R style would be appreciated and help expedite the proccess.

Sprite artists and color separators: Anyone specializing in CPS2 style or CS who is interested in editing or creating new characters is appreciated.
We have a decent sized spriting team now but as with anything this takes a lot of time. Beyond that you may gain a lot of experience and new techniques from each other.

Testers: We always need more testers.

You have a few options here to get the best quality:
1. build a full vocal booth
2. rent studio time (it's usually around 20-30 dollars and hour)
3. get a program and just go crazy. audacity is good for simple recording and free.
other options are pro tools, cubase etc. any daw will work.

You mean unfiltered? No, sorry, the Voice actor lost the original files by accident, I didnt want him to have to re record the whole thing just to keep the unfiltered voices on archive.

Ah well that is unfortunate.
and yes for future reference dry just means unprocessed.

It's a great thing. it means you create a good illusion of depth. It will look a lot less weird to people when it's fully rendered I think they are seeing a type of "wire frame" illusion.

Yep totally intentional. psylocke has dodge, double jump and wall jump while doom can dash any direction in the air. there will be other little mechanic differences like that for each character.

As far as template i need to make one. I've just been starting from a blank one each time and editing there.

Dr. Doom plays a zoning role in MSH:R. Having a variety of specials and projectiles he is equipped to deal with an opponent at nearly any position on screen as long as he chooses the correct action.

Psylocke occupies somewhat of a mixup role in MSH:R, moving quickly in and out of proximity, finding the right time to strike and punish the opponent.


Movelist
Dodge - lp+lk (direction optional)
Spike heel - f+mK
Flip Kick - u+fk while airborn
double jump - u while airborn
wall jump - direction away from wall while jumping

specials:
Psy Blast - d,f+P (can also be performed in air)
Psy Shield - f,d,f+p

Ninjitsu - d,b+K (direction toward player for followup Psy Thrust)

Likely most of those will be included with the exception of possibly war machine. We'll make "official" announcements on characters when they have a significant amount of progress complete.
