I mained Iron Man on umvc3 and Mvc2, and I have a private Iron Man I edited from RedHot's IronMan. I gave him the abilty to do his UMvC3 Krispe Kreme Combos and his Umvc3 infinites, at the same the ability to do his Mvc2 combos and Mvc2 infinites all in one character. I actually made new sprites for his Air HK, instead of him doing his mvc2 air HK stanky leg, he does his Air H attack from Umvc3.
here is his gameplay if you wanna check em out. As a fighting gamer, I know everything about Iron Man, he is my main for yeaaaars. I could help when it comes to his combo mechanics, gameplay style
I would like to give him his Repolser Spread move, the one he does after repolser blast, his Upward Proton Cannon, and His Iron Avenger Level 3. But I ended up working on other projects
When I saw you come back to the MugenGuild forums, I was excited to see you back after all these years. After doing some testing on the character, I honestly feel like I must say this. Seeing Castle and this character, this is not like you to release something this unfinished. Here's my feedback on why do I feel this way on the character (Which some of them also applies to Castle):
-All basic attacks have no swing sounds.
-Hit and block sounds are from the default fightfx instead of the old ones (Not all screenpacks would sound better with default hit sounds. Don't know why would Kamekaze say that).
-There's no jumping, landing or running sounds.
-Makibishi still has the old guard sounds.
-The guard breaker feels unbalanced (I don't like the idea of this attack. Since it uses no power, it can be abused and the opponent has no way to protect themselves if they're close since they can't guard from it. Just continue spamming z and it's an easy win).
-The damage for Doku Sasori Shippou and Chuu Kiri Musha feels weak (It doesn't do enough for how much of the meter they use).
-The old readme is still inside the character folder (I almost looked at the wrong one and was about to post that half the moves were missing, but turns out the new readme is in the zip file, but outside the character folder).
I did remember Kamekaze said that people should use their screenpack's stuff for your character, but I never recall swing sounds part of the screenpack (I don't think it ever was). Overall, I feel disappointed with this character alongside Castle.
Here's something I think is cool, though not intentional: if you time it right you can use Steel Smash as a counter move, because parrying is bound to pressing forward, so if the opponent attacks and you use Steel Smash at the right time, Steel Smash becomes a counter move ^..^ I'm sure the command can be done with other characters that have a parrying system in place, just thought it was cool.
EDIT: oh, and you forgot to add the clothesline attack in the Readme: while running press HP/z. I didn't know the move existed, since I discovered it by accident while playing with the Steel Smash "counter" move I mentioned.

To put my two cents in on Ghost Rider: Dark Rider made a pretty damn good Ghost Rider, though it's spriteset is more akin to "KoF" shading and not "VS" shading, and it would seem it doesn't have a running animation. Don't know if it's still floating around, unless you have it already. It'd make a good starting point for a "PotS" Ghost Rider.
Now as you notice in the video right around 0:25 during the first throw he instantly slams the opponent to the wall. what would be a good way to circumvent this?
That's easy, just have the slam trigger only while he's charging forward and not at all before then.

When you jump in and try to chain with his hands( basic chain LP MP HP) he cant do it ( at least I cant) he chains the low and slows down on the MP.

Im pressing MP but its like its not even coming out and skips straight to HP.
I find this kinda iffy in some situations you may just want the straight up dmg.( yes I know you can combo into the pipe and then violent axe)

All the others, even Dormammu, already have good conversions. It's only Ghost Rider that doesn't, all of his conversions have been somewhat messy. So perhaps if anyone could do him justice, it could be you. And even though you mainly do PotS style, I'm still kinda hoping for him to get some actual UMvC3-accurate moves.
I cancelled a violent axe into a lvl2 body drop and this happened
P2 and hit count is stuck like that until i hit p2
