Oh no!
Video Youtube Take down Again Channel

Sorry Digital Jinny.

Why would Youtube delete his channel? Jinny did nothing wrong.

Youtube has been known to be doing this kind of stuff for ages, being really bad with randomly taking down channels that haven't done anything wrong because all their moderation is done by bots.  Complaining to their support does nothing unless you're a big name content creator because it also responds with bot messages that tell you absolutely nothing about why you got terminated.

This is a normal thing.
You'll find that necroposting is often frowned upon in most online discussion communities, not just in here.
If an ancient threads don't already get auto-locked, you'll be sure to find people giving you weird looks for commenting on old posts unless you have a relevant update.

Hard disagree with those saying Arcade mode should go.  Survival mode and Story mode are in no way replacements for Arcade mode.  Survival tends to be endless a straight-up encourages a different playstyle from your normal one.  Arcade mode lets you get right into a series of matches, but story mode has you sit through a series of cutscenes before the fights.  That's even assuming the story mode treats all characters as equal and lets you play actually play the characters you want, or even have the same number of matches compared to other characters.  The closest thing would be Score Attack or Time Attack, but even those have their own differences that affect one's playstyle.

Having character specific endings and story segments in arcade mode is nice, but not a deal breaker for me.  Just give me my sequentially difficulty increasing matches, random selection of opponents (as opposed to a fixed order), cheating final boss, and risk of losing a 1CC for the Arcade mode, and I'll be satisfied.

I'm honestly dissappointed.
They're even importing Tour courses without making any model and textures improvements compared to 8 courses.
Also no new DLC characters? I'm still not a fan about those metal and power up suit slots.

You should very well know that if they added more DLC slots, they would be more power-up variants.

anyone know how much does it cost to get a private character from other games?

I'd imagine each company has their own terms on how much it costs to license a character to appear in Smash.  A lot smaller companies and indies would be more than happy to have their character get recognition in Smash.  Other like Sega, Capcom, and Namco Bandai who are on friendly terms with Nintendo probably wouldn't want to set their prices too high.  There's been all sorts of rumours floating around for how stingy Square Enix has been for Smash, who knows how much of that is true.  ...And then there's Disney.  Getting Sora in probably costed Nintendo a lot more than an arm and a leg.  They've been aware that he was the most requested character for six years, so I'd imagine a good amount of that time was spent negotiating terms with Disney.

then I'll have to wait for 5 and 6 too.
They've already confirmed that Vol. 2 was the definite end.

Just wait for the next Smash game. Of course there will be a next Smash game, Ninty will do one with or without Sakurai.

There is at least 6 more passes in there^^^

My dude, Sakurai's gonna overwork himself to death at this rate if he were to keep working on more Fighter Passes.  Sakurai needs treatment for his body instead of money at this point.  Maybe you're correct about the right push, but that said push, Iwata, is no longer around.  It's no secret that his heavy ambitions for Ultimate was partially a result of his loyalty to him.

This also assumes that the Switch's lifespan is going to actually last that long.  No way Nintendo would let Sakurai continue developing passes for Ultimate when they could be paying him to develop Smash on a new console instead.

----

It's obvious that Sakurai wants to put his work on Smash to rest and move onto other projects.  He said that this would be the last time he works on Smash, but that's what he said for 4 and Brawl too.  Nintendo is definitely going to continue the series with or without him, because it just prints so much money.  ...But at the same time, I don't think Sakurai would be satisfied with letting someone else handle a new Smash.

If you want employers to judge your coding skillset, putting Mugen in your resume will tell them nothing about your ability to write code.  It's a DSL, and its skills are essentially non-transferable between other languages beyond basic operators, logic, and concepts.

It probably won't hurt too much to put Mugen in as a side note (assuming you have extra space, otherwise you should prioritize putting more important items that emphasize your skills and experience instead).  But this is probably more of something to describe your hobbies.  Listing your Mugen experience and projects and expecting it to hold the same weight as someone else's project written in a well known coding language... probably wouldn't work out too well.

Having reviewed resumes and performed interviews, it would definitely catch my attention if someone put Mugen in their resume.  Would that alone make me consider that person as a candidate?  No.  Depending on the position being applied for, I would most likely be looking for people who have demonstrated that they have experience with the specific language(s) and/or libraries that we're looking for.  As well as having projects that demonstrate their experience with OOP, and any other computer science skillsets that we are looking for.  Knowing that a person does Mugen stuff does not tell me much info on their relevant skills for the job.  I doubt that other employers looking for software developers would be able to get much useful info out of this either.  The only time I can imagine this to be more relevant would be if you were applying to some job that involved fighting game design.  But at that point, is what you're applying to still considered a software developer job?

The posts in the thread you linked summarizes it best:
Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

If you have had academic experience with Computer Science, you are likely to have much more important (and impressive) things to put on your resume than Mugen.

Mugen has literally turned Fighting Games from my least favourite genre into one of my most favourites.  There's a lot of misconceptions that you believe about them until you actually start playing them.
On the other spectrum, playing more RPGs and Platformers has made me realize I didn't like the genre as much as I thought I did.

I really enjoyed playing Rhythm Games at one point, but I haven't gotten into them as much recently.  Shmups have pretty much always been a favourite of mine, even if I'll never be good enough to actually 1CC anything.

I think the OP is looking to remove a character's custom victory screen that plays during matches, rather than the universal system victory screen.

Unfortunately, there's no easy way around it.  You'll have to dig into the character's code, identify the victory screen code, and then disable the parts that activate it.  (You can probably just get away with disabling the ChangeState ...or Helper sctrl if the author uses that instead.)
You can enable debug mode in Mugen and check your character's states/existing helpers to identify this easier.

You can pretty much use any text editor to do this, but Fighter Factory helps a lot as an IDE due to its color coded text.

I was playing the game so the characters are really cool to play but can't say the same for enemies because their AI are so simple so nintendo and their games for 5 years old.xD

Have you tried the higher difficulties in Musou games?  I mean, you have the regular fodder enemies, and then the actual 'get hit 3 times and lose immediately' class of enemies. And that's not even getting into the objective management you're supposed to do for these games.

This series is still alive.

Phantom Breaker Omnia will be released in 2021.  This is the first time the mainline fighting game is coming to the west for real this time.  Extra style has been replaced by Omnia style.  Two new (currently unrevealed) characters will be added to the game.  We're also getting an English dub, with some big names in the cast.  It will be releasing on PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and Steam.  Limited physical editions will also be released for PS4 and Switch.

Another article link that shows gameplay and a trailer.
Steam page

I'm honestly astonished this is happening.

And finally, a sequel nobody wanted, that’s also coming to current and next gen consoles.

Pffff.  Speak for yourself.
That was the highlight of the direct for me.  I didn't think we'd see the Tetris characters in another Puyo game, but I guess this is one way to bring them back.

Why would I not want more PPT?
YES! more love for PPT!

... wait.

Maybe one day we'll get a stream of PPT playing PPT.
