Oh and look at this, I see more than one compilation in the edits section...  like CVS Mugen Fighting Jam and Mortal Kombat Project

Mk Project kompilation
http://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/mortal-kombat-project-season-2-9-ultimate-update-183294.0.html
Thank you for pointing out the MKP compilation out, it's been moved to MUGEN Discussion. The mod staff of course relies on our user base to help us find compilations so that we can put them in the right section, to keep the forum neat and organized.

As for CVS Mugen Fighting Jam, it clearly has a lot of system wide modifications in every character and fits readily into the Edits section.

In this thread you will be nominating characters from the month of October 2019 that you believe are worthy to be recognized as Character of the Month. These nominations last until November 19th.

Read these rules and guidelines.

Every couple of days a list will be created and updated to feature the nominations progress. The list will include: Who's a candidate and how many motions other characters have. If twenty candidates are reached before the 15 days are up, then voting will start early.

- Only nominate up to 4 characters
- Read the thread
- The numbers next to each nomination represent each character's current nominations
- Only 3 nominations are necessary for each character

PLEASE BE AWARE that due to the incessant, absurd number of users who find themselves unable to read and follow the rules of these threads, we have instituted a new feature:

The Speedpreacher Penalty Box

Users who refuse to follow the very simple guidelines that we have set forward will find themselves in the Penalty Box, and will have their nominations for this month null and void. They will have to wait until next month to nominate anything! So take care, and don't get put in the Penalty Box!!!

Halloween has ended... time to groove on down and nominate the best of October

and if you don't follow the rules? Well shucks, the Shape will come after ya!

Hello Good Sir,

I'm the Paladin of Reddit, and I am at your service.
Ah, hello friend! Thank you for being so kind. The last time we had an MA guy on here I got called a faggot, which—as a gay man—is kind of a touchy subject for me. I thank you again for your very calm and respectful demeanor in this post, and I hope we can continue to have a more peaceful dialogue the next time you decide to register a new account here in order to complain about the latest mean thing MFG is doing to poor old MA. And sadly, I did have to add that preface about registering a new sockpuppet account, as our mod team here has of course immediately banned the very account I'm talking to!

Now, as to the rest of your post, I must confess I'm confused as to why you're bringing this subject up out of the blue: the topic of this conversation has very little to do with MA's blacklisted status on this fine website we're communicating on, nor the reasons behind said blacklisted status vis-a-vis malware. One would think your post would address some of the concerns being spoken of here, or relate to them in even a small way. I was sad to see this was not the case.

This topic was about a user who recently got banned from MA expressing frustration with their perception of the bad as unfair and arbitrary, with several other users sharing similar experiences. Now, as I've never had an account on MA, I can't really speak on this subject, as I have no idea how fair the bans are done there; I will of course give them the greatest benefit of a doubt and assume they have an extremely fair and clear policy on banning users, a policy that is as well thought out and non-biased as the rest of MA's actions and decision-making.

As I read over your post again, I can't help but feel as if this was another in a long line of tired, pre-written statements filled with falsehoods that seem to immediately pop up every time someone makes even a brief mention of MA on this wonderful forum called MFG, regardless of any and all context behind that mention. But I of course must dissuade myself of that notion, for it is simply too silly to be taken seriously, and this post is so nicely written. And so professional. It uses so many big, scary, legal-sounding words too, the kind that make my puny little brain quiver in fear. So perhaps I'm misunderstanding some very key facts involved in all this.

You've linked two different topics and archived them, while very subtly hinting that they were in danger of being deleted or otherwise edited by the mod team here in order to cover up some sort of unspecific crime having to do with "defamation" and "cyber bullying". I must confess that I am no lawyer, so I can only assume I'm missing the great wisdom being expressed in this sagacious post; my (no doubt mis)understanding of things is that not allowing links to one site in particular is the equivalent to a deep cyber-harassment campaign with the intent to defame. This is truly a puzzling statement, I must confess. Even more puzzling to me is the idea that posts that have been up for almost 4 years are in grave danger of being deleted in order to "cover up [our] crimes". Perhaps, as a sign of good faith, I can link one of them again for you, to show they are in no danger of being edited or removed.

http://mugenguild.com/forum/msg.2256171

This links a message by Iced, the first in a series of several posts that provide numerous evidence and sources as to the dangers of adfly and the malware that can result from visiting adfly links. It also features the creator of a widely popular series of MUGEN characters and a fullgame politely asking you to please remove his works from your site, because he feels uncomfortable with you profiting off his fanworks—especially in a way that exposes people interested in the characters/game to malware. This request was sadly ignored, and continues to be ignored. Worse, it was eventually made into a subject of ridicule, as you rehosted a video made for the fullgame project and added a bunch of vile insults to it relating to those requests to have the creations he helped make be removed.

Unfortunately, unlike you fine folks, nobody thought ahead to archive the original, so all that's available is a version that's been edited. But perhaps this is even better than the original? It still has the original message, while also adding an edit that explains that "Actually, this is just satire broh! You can tell by the long explanation that follows, which is 20 times longer than the original message! Because it's so clear and obvious that it was a joke!" And even that long-ass explanation can't help but throw out insult after insult after insult. It really is quite pathetic... I mean genius! And smart, and funny. Because we're still being nice here, right?

Yes, we're all having fun and being very nice sweeties right now. Wouldn't want to get slapped with a very real lawsuit that is very much really gonna happen!

Speaking of MA, why don't you want to attack it? Are you afraid of them DDoS-ing us or something?
Just wondering.
Don't try and lead harassment or DDoS campaigns against websites you don't like. Full stop. If you continue to try and goad people into starting one, you will find yourself banned, just like that latest MA sockpuppet.

Tread lightly. We shouldn't have to be saying this.

Yeah the plan was to create a new, old school-esque style that didn't have much in the way of flashy combos or effects. All the PotS style stuff shown in the videos was just because Billy is built ontop of Rolento, and none of the effects were swapped out yet.

I'll probably release all the sprites I have, because I have them organized with axis in separate files (which is easier for MUGEN development). I'm not sure how useful the beta version of the character is, but if anyone wants it for reference I can release that too, but keep in mind it is extremely far from completion! The moves that are in there are only "done" in the sense of "this is what the basic concept of this move will be", without any sort of fine-tuning.

I've been really busy this year and haven't had much time for MUGEN related stuff, so I dunno what I'll decide on when things clear up and I have more MUGEN time: I might decide to continue this character, or I might just wanna go back to doing B. B. Hood or whatever, it depends on my mood at the time.

I have admittingly not played either the original in 100% full in a good long while nor Twilight Princess since the HD rerelease a few years back, so maybe I'm just blanking on something, but in a battle of raw power I can not recall anything in Zelda defeating the literal source of power.
Nothing in the world of Zelda may have overpowered it, but that doesn't at all mean its power is thus unlimited. Ganon has never shown any feats that come even remotely close to wielding enough power to create a planet.

What is that Demonic Meggido description quote from anyways, I evidently am not familiar with this game and that seems rather contradictory to Dracula's, well, whole deal with how his powers work.
In addition to being used by Drac, It's also an attack usable by one of the demon helpers in Curse of Darkness, and the description comes from there.

Nnnnn-nah.  Real cool animation, but kind of really downplaying the Goddesses' power thus Ganondorf's.  I mean, they say it's limitless for a reason.  The three each took different roles in the creation of the living world, one did the people, one did....nature, I think, I don't have the guide in front of me right now, but Din made the actual planet.  I would imagine that much it being planetary wouldn't be up for debate.
Sure, Din made a planet, and the Triforce of Power supposedly contains all her powers, but... Ganondorf's never come even remotely close to displaying anything like that level of power, ever. It's probably safe to say that no mortal, not even an unkillable incarnation of a demon's hate, is capable of wielding the full power of the Triforce. But even if one were to assume that Ganon is capable of outputting enough energy to create a planet, as the Death Battle guys did, Dracula's got him trumped because his theoretical max power output (that he also has never come close to displaying in any of his apperances) is universal level.

All in all, I think it was a pretty reasonable analysis (aside from the implication that Link and various Belmonts/Soma have reaction speeds approaching the speed of light, which is... wild); I didn't know that Demonic Meggido is supposed to be a holy attack (I do wonder if that description of that is a super faithful translation, cuz that seems odd), but if it is, that seems like it'd make this matchup a slam dunk in Drac's favor.

I was just really sad.
Just continue to do what you enjoy doing. If you wanna make more stuff, make more stuff. If you wanna take a break from that kinda thing, take a break. Find your bliss, and don't worry about stuff like this or previous threads.

I would really suggest that you use the time you've been given from your latest ban to think over your actions. Enjoy the next two weeks!

I gotta ask, based on the timing of this thread: did the Character of the Month stuff prompt this? Because it's really not a big deal at all, it's just a new thing we're trying to incentivize people to avoid making the same careless mistakes being made every month.

It's really not a big deal, or anything you need to worry about!

It's funny how people think about that it ends. Wait until next year.
Stop posting in this thread. Take your obsession with MUGEN dying elsewhere.

He still was contracted for 2 more Spider-Man movies (but they would've been Sony-only), and he's also in a lot of other stuff right now. His career would've been fine! If this story is real, he was coming from a place of passion for playing the character, not just looking out for himself career-wise (I'm sure it factored in somewhat, though!)

I'll say option two, ya'll tripping, too many damn marvel movies :p
Maaaaaaaaaaaaan

Disney loves self-mythologizing! They made a whole movie about this same kinda thing but for Mary Poppins, and that was all fabricated to make Disney look great! >:[
