I was also making a version of this boss at one point a long time ago. ;D A few quick observations:

- Overall it's way too easy to beat it
- It can be thrown, which I think is unintentional
- The animations where it does a "wheelie" are misaligned. The tracks go below the ground level
- The Missiles dust seems misaligned
- The way Machinegun works makes it too slow to come out
- Some supers do no chip damage
- If P2 blocks Wave Cannon, he can then walk through the beam
- Seems like there's not much point in jumping
- Needs more palettes. I also think the default one should be based on the portraits

Thanks for the feedback! Like I said in my post, I haven't been into MUGEN  for a long time now. Did you ever finish your version of this boss? Would be neat to see a PotS style metal slug tank  :laugh3:

-It's lacking a proper AI so that could be one reason why it is easy to beat? Maybe I could also increase the defence value to make it tougher...
-Yes, it was supposed to be unthrowable, but forgot to test that. I have a slight idea what went wrong there and how to fix it.
-I'll definitely check those misaligned sprites, atleast for the wheelie.
-The machinegun attack was a bit of a pain for me to implement. I tried to add some benefits for using it though, because I too noticed it to be a bit unpractical to use in the end.
-I always struggle on how much chip damage should I use and sometimes forget it altogether lol.
-Wave cannon should be a quick fix, I think I'll start from there....
-No point in jumping?! But it looks so cute when the tank jumps!  ;D
-About the palettes... Never got in depth with those, have to check how I can change/add them if it's not too complicated/time consuming.

Hello, haven't posted anything here for a long time, but here's my latest creation I'd like to share:
"Omega Weapon", a super armored boss character that cannot guard. Inspired by "Omega" from Final Fantasy 13-2,
using sprites from the Metal Slug games.

masterpiece, congratulations ''tohtoriTurvotus'' [in my opinion this is the best style/visual to convert one piece characters for mugen (y) ]

Ireally hate One Peace anime but this character is really awesome, I add in my mugen collection bro, nice, awesome and I tope you made Amy she is very beautyfull

just wondering but, would there be an A.I. update for Luffy (Great Pirate)?

That might happen in the future, when I have time/interest to take a look at A.I coding. Right now I'm just focusing on creating
my favorite characters. But maybe some day...

Updated download link.

-Fixed damage issues with his super moves.
-Fixed Gatling close range.
-Made some small tweaks as suggested.
-Slightly changed the range of jet pistol.
-Added some hints/notes about some attack properties in the Readme, check it out.

don't know why the damage drops so much after launching p2 into air.

Well, I figured it must be because of fall.defence_up constant, because it only happens when p2 is in a falling down state
after the launcher. Not sure how to fix this yet.

are you using a damage dampener? maybe its that

I'm not using any damage dampeners, so I really don't know why the damage drops so much after launching p2 into air.
I'm using helpers that do 6 points of damage each until the animation ends, that makes it about 68 hits max which should do atleast 408 damage.

Nice character, i was hoping to see those sprites being used at some point.
A couple things brothered me:

- Level 2 super does less damage than his level 1 super after a launcher in a combo but if you land it raw it hits like a truck.
I suggest increasing the damage output for level 2 super and nerf the level 1 super damage while its in a string.
- QCB Lk/Hk has different range but the same damage output i suggest increasing the damage of the Hk version.
- QCF Lk/Hk has different speeds but same damage output i suggest increasing the Hk damage.
- F,Hp shouldn't reach full screen imo the regular Hp already reaches full screen.

That thing with his lv.2 super damage is a problem and I don't know why it behaves like that, but I'll try to fix it... somehow...
(I would rather keep the damages as they are. Lv.1 super should do 200 dmg and Lv.2 super 300-400 dmg.)

-I prefer his F,Hp reaching full screen, it just has different properties... I'll think about it.

I will get back to it next week, it was fun making him but I really need a break now. That problem with his lv.2 super is really bugging me though...

-Some of the movement values in the .cns seem unchanged from KFM. I'd suggest adjusting those. Luffy seems very floaty atm.
-It's not necessary, but for the sake of keeping things neat and organized, it might be good to remove the sctrl components you aren't using.

-Stand clsn is way too simple.


-Not sure how I should change his movement values, because they feel good enough for me. More precise suggestions about that are welcome though.

Nicely done char, I like it. Found one problem: He lands in midair if interrupted at the start of Evil Pitch. Also has some debug flood. (invalid action change, illegal removetime)

So this is a complete remake of your Doflamingo? I like how you re-scale all your OP character into a regular size character.

Yes, this is a whole new version of him with attacks more accurate to the manga/anime and with new set of normal moves.
