As I said before the style requires details that you are clearly missing. I don't want to repeat myself so much.
The shoes are kind of flat and empty,
the coat misses a part (between the legs), it shouldn't stay attached to the person and its shading is wrong in the right;
the shading on the trousers makes them flat, when they should have details, mainly creases.
The shading on the mask the character has on top of his head seems unfinished.
You also remembered that there's no anti-alias in your character.
