Mugen N' Animation

What is up everyone on the interwebs? My name is BTL, the Warlord, and earlier this week, I stated I was making a character, that is true, but it's become two now. One is to help me learn the Mugen coding, what I can and cannot do, etc.
(The character's Asriel Dreemurr) But while I work on getting myself associated with these characters, I have a question. A dire question that may depend on how fast I can get this done. In my earlier post, I said I am a sprite animator, this is true, sprite animations come pretty easy to me, however, I need to know if I can combine sprite animations along with Mugen character making.
If I can, I can simply animate a large portion of Omega Flowey's attack before putting them in and coding them, but I need to know if it''s possible. And if it is, how? If it is, it'll still take me a while, but I'll at least be able to make some progress. If not... Well... We're just gonna have all sorts of fun, aren't we?

First off, what is up everyone on the interwebs? My name is BTL, the Warlord.
Or just Warlord to those of you who know me from Cartoon Fightclub.
I've been playing Mugen for some time now, I mean, it's how a majority of us sprite animators get sprites or inspiration for animations, and I've worked with the lot of them, some of my friends animating for Screwattack, and my animation teacher being in One Minute Melee, etc.
But enough about me, let's get to my best friend!

To those who have not finished or even played Undertale, this is the forewarning of warnings. Go play if you haven't, but if you simply don't care or already had, or at least watched gameplay, then let us continue!

Official Name: Photoshop Flowey, other aliases could be known as Omega Flowey, God Flowey, etc.



(Not sure if image posted, don't kill me if it didn't. I haven't used a forum in a LONG time. I'll fix it as fast as I can when I see the errors.)

So, like I did with animation, as a first character, I'm starting off strong, and giving myself the challenge with Omega Flowey. There are two that I know exist. One as a troll character that the creator got WAAAAY too invested in for a joke.
(It's just a prank bro... No... It's an ELABORATE RUSE!) And the other, while decent, did not give that same CHAOS feeling you got from the original Flowey fight.

So what I plan to do with this character, is make them a boss character, a purposefully glitchy and chaotic hell demon, similar to the Giygas character that is INSANELY well done.
 I plan on including all Flowey's attacks, from nukes, to flamethrowers, stars from the eyes, mouth beams, save and load states, the soul transitions, everything Flowey does and Mugen allows me to do, including some creative liberties, such as something to ruin cheap characters, being immune to time based abilities, etc. Special intros to Gramsen's mugen fighters, (And maybe the other UT characters made for Mugen if I have time.)

Here are some gameplay things I do intend to include beyond all.

Borders.

Flowey will come with borders to make sure his opponents can't simply run and escape his...
Weed wrath. If an opponent inexplicably escapes the borders, I'll make sure they have an unfair time there.

Size Basis.

I'm gonna be basing off his main size to Gramsen's Undertale characters, however, you can change the size to fit for your characters, or measure your character's to Gramsen's sprites.
Either way works for me.

A main weakness!?

I also plan on incorporating a main weakness in this Flowey boss. During one section of the fight, whenever I feel is appropriate, a disfigured, incomplete Asriel will appear, if you hit it, instant KO. Fun, huh?

My Own Creative Freedoms.

As you can see, this already has some big differences from the original Omega Flowey in Undertale's game. Well I'm fitting him to make him more Mugen friendly, and along with some artistic choices, I will incorporate some noticeable differences in his fight.
Just stuff that'll make it far more fun, and add to the chaos of which is Flowey. You've already seen some. Hmm? That's a WONDERFUL idea!

So keep an eye out, because I will be working on this character diligently, along with my other projects that aren't Mugen related.

(P.S. Can I input flash animations for Mugen animations? If that's the case, I can get A LOT of Flowey's basis done so I can move onto attacks much faster. Being able to incorporate my animation and Mugen together would make this go by faster, so you guys can get him much faster.)
