I will look into this air cancel bug. Is there a particular move to cancel that causes this glitch, or does this just happen in general?

EDIT: Never mind, I figured it out. The air cancel was labeled as a standing type action instead of air. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

first u need to know the var that used to make differences beatween AI and non ai.  if the ai use var(59) then you just need to add
triggerall= !var(59)

in the changestate you don't want the ai do that moves.

or just use
triggerall= !ailevel
if the char mugenversion is 1.0 or higher
