The cero was my idea and my edits, and no Ichigo never uses ceros, but he's still part hollow and all hollows are capable of ceros. In episode 124 when Ichigo was transforming into a hollow he did a cero blast, so he is capable, he's just too stupid to know how and he's too dumb to learn kidou but he's fully capable.
