And if they are open source, why a sprite sheet when you can extract the stuff you want from the sff itself?

I've been trying to all day, and don't know how to change an SFF file to something Paint or GIMP can open.

Not the RAR file, but a sprite sheet of Rare Akuma (or at least his SFX). Help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if this is in the wrong place, please move it.
