Anyway, sorry if i'm bumping, but..
I was testing Reiji, to see what I should fix of his horrible AI, and one of his skills' base is this, followed by a handstand kick. o.O
Basically, my thoughts "wtf?"
EDIT: No I did not freaking make him. I'm just saying that I can kill him easily, even if he had 500 def and 2000 HP.

Wait, I have a quest, the CNS file is under the Data folder, like with the mugen.cfg? Or in the folder with all the characters?
Because I dont have a folder for the character in the Data folder..
I'm so confused ~_~.

I used the search command here to look for a download or link.. and I looked at pretty much every database a site could have, and I couldn't get one because they were either offline, or people just didn't want to share and didn't respond anyway ~_~
Anyway, could someone send it to me?
