I know this is a very general question but, do any dragon-like characters exist? claws, flies, breathes fire, etc. Similar to Charizard from Pokemon.

I've found one version of him by Evil Bread after a lot of searching (http://br.geocities.com/bardockrevenge/ -> Chars -> Outros) but the character is pretty boring & poorly drawn. In a Youtube video I'm almost certain I've seen another version of him so if anyone knows where it is/has it I'd be very grateful..
