Can somebody please help me identify a stage (and possibly direct me to a DL) - it was pretty much a gigantic piano/keyboard the characters were fighting on. I saw it a few months ago on Youtube (lost the link since), but I never found out what it was, or by whom.
EDIT: Found the video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jfAl6TBRZM It's the stage with Fernandeath (at 5:35).

Yes, it is possible since Soulseek can read any format. But you've to look for someone who uses Soulseek AND plays MUGEN for the exchange. And that's the hard thing and why wouldn't work your idea
Actually, I do both, and I've even considered at one point sharing some of the offline chars from my HDD through Soulseek, but I decided to scrap the idea because I thought there wouldn't be enough interest.
Maybe once Mugen gets more widespread with newer and improved versions there would be more of a point in starting some kind of a Mugen hosting ring via Soulseek, but as for now I don't think there is any reason not to resort to the usual methods. About 95% of the decent offline stuff is still hanging somewhere out there anyway.

If that looks "terrible", then you definitely don't want to see the previous sprites of this char. 
I think this guy was working on Diavolo, dunno if that should be a bad omen or whatever.

I have no idea, but I think I have this char shelved somewhere. It'll take some time for me to find it, once I do I'll let you know. He was quite shitty from what I remember though.

Has there been any good conversions of Devo from JJBA made other than the one by ANMC? I'm also looking for Mariah, if there's any good ones out there.
There was a WIP of Devo by Shio which is now offline (hopefully not cancelled), that's the only one I know of. As for Mariah, there is only one, by AOAO, also offline. I have both if you want.

I didn't found that character on fighters genereations among other JoJo characters, to which game/series he belongs? 
Anyways, design of this char is outstanding. 
He's from Steel Ball Run, the seventh JoJo manga arc. He hasn't appeared in any game, this character is made from scratch.

As long as "F, D, DF, F" and similar inputs don't result a hadoken move I'm okay with it. Rage ensues otherwise. This is why I never could jump install Venom properly on GGXX - I think there should be more tolerance for the dragon punch maneuvers overall.
