but i don't want to join the project, i want the downloadable chars, only the ones that i can get permission to edit.
Maybe this are in the post that you lend me, but i wasn't found it

Well, first of all, Hello guys! i'm new in this forum, but no in mugen.
My problem is that i'm looking for 8bits characters, like the ones from neogeo pocket (or ngpc)
i only found dan, but i want to have various...

Finally a wish to say that i need to be notified of the permission status of the chars... if i can, i whis edite them to practice creating chars...
