There is no tool to convert SFFv2 files into SFFv1 files, so I can't do that for you, it only works in the SFFv1->SFFv2 direction.
Luckily for you, I still have the SFFv1 file around from before the conversion, you can get it here : mugenevolution.co.uk/seravy/Testdata/lelouch.sff
I can't guarantee it to work, or have the exact same contents as the SFFv2 file though, and it doesn't have palettes in it either, as SFFv1 doesn't support internal palettes.

I saw your sig and I must tell you that you are wrong. I don't like yaoi, it creeps me out ( i find it weird even though I think yaoi and yuri are just to fill the gap between bai and homo relationships where manga doesn't) although I enjoy yuri alot  (me liking girl on girls action ) If you read this, you my friend have to reply me in a PM, since this is very off-topic  (that is if you want to keep talk that is or I can edit this post and delet what i wrote, which I should since this is againt my own rules )
