Since ever I had an R4 thing for my ds where I could download ds games and put them on it, I always had the idea to look into an nds game and replace sounds, or music.
Now I'm wondering, is there any software where you can look into all the files of an nds game file?

There's one thing I don't understand about the Twin Hyourinmaru attack with Kusaka. When I press the command to use it, it just looks like a power-up and for the rest nothing happens.. o__O

Hello.
I have some problems with adjusting the volume in my Mugen. It only go as loud as 255 or below 255. If I make it higher, the volume won't be affected and it just sounds the same as 255.. How can I fix this?

That Kusaka sprite is from Bleach the 3rd Phantom, right? I would love to see a Kusaka character mor Mugen.
Btw, I LOVE this character. The effects amaze me.

My bad, I meant buttons/keys.
You know, you can choose a char by pressing the low-kick/punch, hi-kick/punch, mid-kick/punch, flashstep, charge... button . Just choose toushirou by pressing a dif.button each time until you get the black kimono.
Ah, I tried it and it worked. Thanks for the help!

That should be a palette, he also has others like green, blue, red, orange, purple....
Try to choose him with different bottoms every time until you find the bottom that lets you play him with the default color. Now, if you mean that the whole character is yellow, then there's indeed a problem.
He's not all yellow. Just the kimono under his captain cloak. But what you mean with diffirent bottoms?

Naniix this may sound silly but maybe you are not writing his name correctly in the select.def file.
I mean, at first I just erased the beta toushirou in the chars folder and place the updated version instead and couldn't play with him either.
Note that this version name is written with a U in the end of the name, the beta's last letter was O. Also note that this char has 2 "-" after the "stormex" part. Ogihci and ichigo only have 1.
If the name is written properly then I can only imagine that when you unzipped the whole file you placed the folder inside another folder, in that case, the mugen would only read the content of the first, finding nothing.
Hope this helped, otherwise try downloading again.
I got the idea, and I got him to work too. 
I noticed the .def file's name was StormEX--Toushirou-def so I changed the folder name to just Toushirou, first. I changed the folder name to StormEX--Toushirou and it worked.
But, there is just one problem left. The colour of his Kimono is yellow instead of black.

Hello.
I've encountered a problem when I download StormEX's Toushiro character. I did what I always do to put Characters in my Mugen, but sometimes when I put the folder names into the select notepad, I open my Mugen and the slot where he is supposed to be is gone. I've had this problem with more characters. How can I solve this?

storm i found a little glitch with the dragon hail flower move i think it's called in soul heat
I hit nnotoria with it and he got behind me and the move hit but kept on hitting till he died
as you can see from the pic hitsu is free to move around and attack but not nnotoria ???
Omfg, where did you get that Nnoitra? I freaking want it. o__O
