I downloaded the E.O.F screenpack for Mugen 1.0 and it won't load my stages.
I've added them in the select.def and everything, but it keeps giving me the same error: Error message: Can't open stage: stages/stage0-720.def
That's not even a stage I have. What can I do??

What you need to do is replace the palette on Warusaki's Hotaru with the NGBC palette, then replace every singe sprite with her NGBC spriets in Fighter Factory.
thanx sooo much.but then don't i have to make the sounds match the animation?
