Hello Everyone
Here is my first very incomplete mugen character. Admittedly, I'm not the best at spiriting in the world and this is only a first attempt. Just looking for perhaps some constructive criticism on what to improve and/or add to the character.

Sceptile currently uses the default AI. But I will code a custom one for him.
