I can play USFIV with koopakoot and homer, anything worse than USFIV's netcode is garbage... which means KOF XIII can go to hell, freaking underwater netcode. Of course it's going to run fine if you and your friend have super internet (That excludes mach lol) to compensate for its terrible netcode.

He's too close to quit now! I remember when I was 10% away from having all the names in orange and the stupid PS2 memory card failed and erased all the data. Fuck the memory cards, long live the HDDs >:(

I don't recall many, if any, luck based VR missions at all when it came to execution. Wanna talk about luck based missions? Go play MGR's VR mode, fuck that shit.

- Joystick still gives air control during superjumps. Backward acceleration from Back is smaller, and is halved once an attack has connected during the jump.
- Painwheel's flight adjusted for this test, slower than the last one. Compared to the Real Game: 1/2 pixel per frame faster fwd, 4 pixels/frame faster upward, 2 pixels/frame faster backward, downward is unchanged. Still possible to catch her going upward by superjumping.
