mugen character selection screen help!

Ok so on my select screen..some of the characters don't have little thumbnails..how do I fix this?

so i cant have hi-res stages and doubleres at the same time ever?

i downloaded the default hi-res stages for winmugen and i turned Doubleres in the mugen.cfg to 1 and now when ever i go to the hi-res map the map is zoomed in and the chars r in the middle of the background  see picture =======> http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/saiyan666/untitled.jpg
