Many primary palettes on the CvS2 characters page are incorrect: Kyosuke, Maki, Ryu, Zangief, Geese, Mai (those are BDI's colors, not official game colors), Raiden, Todoh, Terry, Vice. On the CvS2 OG page, Lilith's sprite is dithered, and Hayato's palette is also not his primary.
GIF of Felicia on the CvS2 page is also not the primary palette. I think i've fixed all.

No, there is only Super Vegeta; there's no normal Vegeta (it's just an intro: he is normal, then he transforms into SSJ).
