So this is ver.09? OK, so it still has a looooong way to go.
-Missing transitional anims, especially for falling
-All specials have these long names that are not synched with the duration of the move and don't stop playing when the char is hit out of the move. Very annoying when the sound for one move starts, then he quickly does a second move, and the first is still playing and you hear both at the same time.
OTHER THAN THAT........meh. Maybe it'll be great when it gets finished. But I just don't have high hopes for this.

OFF TOPIC: IMO, I never thought Dr. Strange was a good candidate for a fighting game. All those incantations don't happen in a split second, as in a fight. What if he gets punched in the mouth and gets a fat lip, or loses teeth - how will he be able to speak the incantations? KLAATU VERATA NI(clears throat) ..... anyone? He's just the next Marvel face down the line, mediocre at best. There are about 10 other Marvel characters that should be made before this.

The one thing I gotta ask is, are the two warriors in the center frozen, or are they supposed to be statues? If they are statues, why not paint them one color?

Wow. This looks really good. Keep up the good work.
Also, have you ever thought of extending the length of his katanas? His SFA katanas seem much shorter than those he used in Final Fight.
Lastly, good luck with the other characters. Looking forward to Cody, Gen and Birdie.

Man, this creator has some interesting characters.
This Honda is definitely a mix of fighting styles.
6 button config, nearly all Alpha attacks, but some modified, like close HP (it's a 2 arm uppercut).
Unique palettes (purple skin?).
MvC or MSH (I guess) hitsparks and special effects. No helpers and no full chain combos.
SF4 Focus Attack/dash cancel, EX moves, throw is LP+LK.
And he can run, ala CVS.

I think he works well, but there are some things that should be fixed.
Up close crouch HP does not hit.
Cannot attack from a run.
In general hit detection is a little bit wonky, meaning inconsistent.
The timings of some attacks are unique, tough to get used to (crouch HK comes to mind).
Sounds are OK, except for the frequent "INFINITY!" announcer.
I prefer x/y scale = 1, but I can adjust that on my own.

Over all, very usable, like his other chars, but they have similar problems. Thanks Felicity.
P.S. Zangief_B has pretty good AI and beats all his other chars, except Sentinel.

These are great, really. Congrats. I just want to mention two things that really stand out.
1) I can't get Ukyo's SS2 stage JUST YET because the stars in the bg don't cover enough sky. Not sure if it's something you want to address, but nobody had mentioned it yet.
2) The moon in Genjuro's SS2 stage is awesome!

Wow! Was that from an online translator? "Release", in this context is not "liberar". That would be closer to "liberate". You might be better off using "publicar".
From the video it seems this sound patch is homemade. And it is most certainly a joke. If you were even considering this, please watch the video first. Hint: "I'm bawdmawn!" ...yeah

Hot dang! You know I was gonna be all over this RING stage. Very nice work, of course.
I would like to make a suggestion for this stage and a general suggestion for all your stages.

- I think the helicopter could use a bit more detail in its shading. If it's supposed to be a glossy black, maybe some white lights reflecting off its surface or something. If it's supposed to be matte black, maybe some grays to flesh out its shape.
- IMO the camera is too sensitive to jumps. I tend to think it should track up only when a super-jump (or flying) is initiated, not just a regular jump. To be specific, let's say two characters are on screen and one of them does a regular jump. If the camera stays at ground level, you should still be able to see both characters on screen. When a camera follows just a normal jump, keeping it in the center of the screen, it almost feels like the standing character is moving down, as if they were doing something unusual. I see it like this, are you doing a push-up, or are you pushing the world down. Again, just my opinion and I've mentioned it to other stage creators, too.
