If you're friends with someone usually you take digs at them like that because you're comfortable with each other. Hence why when my turn was there Arpa (my friend of over half a decade) asked me a lot of weird fetish questions.
It's in the same vein as literally everyone saying Arpa is into piss. If he left for 4 years and came back from Mars that's the first thing I'd say about him.the tone of those questions is different. anyone can tell they're more than likely just silly. epic arpa piss is a tired joke at this point. these are definitely silly. they're not really in the same vein
So I dislike someone because I question their questionable design choices?maybe. that's what it could look like to the reader. anyone without full context would think it's some sort of dislike or jealousy, or just continuing to push an obnoxious gimmick
