seems like there's no true-MK fans on this forum, anyone with a silly MK-edited project get tons of congrats for... nothing really good at all 
im a true mk fan. i have every MK game, MK1-MKA (also Shaolin Monks)
also i know a lot of the MK history and read people's storylines.
wheres the in-game shots?
Also MK Sub-Zero and MK Special Forces?

For View Over Earth:
It would look better with some sort of animation in the city, such as lights flashing.
Ugh, the MK pit bridge. You can even see one of the errors in the preview pic...poor use of symmetry to extend the bridge. You can see two thorns right next to each other. I would recommend scrapping the mk bridge and find something else non-mk. A metal bridge would work better.
For Ryu's Rooftop night stage:
Try separating the moon and putting it in its own layer. It will also save on colors and allow the moon to move separately.
For both:
Use floortension. Try 30-50.
