ty, but this isn't helping. I'm checking out the tut now so that ok. I saved them as 8-bit, didn't delete the black screen and they all have preety much the same plattete. i can send screenshots now that i'm home(i was at school earlier). sO U CAN TELL ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG. Here they r.

Plz reply to this. Anyway, whenever i upload sprites to Fighter factory, the sprites look glitchy, messed up, and the colors are wrong. They ARE saved as PCX. So what am i doing wrong? I will get screen shots temporarly.
