hello everybody.
There are many movies who was based upon real (tragic or not) things that happened,being good like Ghandi movie.

But there was some awful -I expect-bad movies with that line.

One of the worst I watched was "Last Days" by Gus Van Sant , in some places the title of that abomination was "the last days of Kurt Cobain" -in spanish "Los Ultimos dias de Kurt Cobain"-, expecting a biography or documental-.

This pile of garbage portraits the members of Nirvana like a crack-junkies-gay (I am not against gay people,I don't like the way that they portrayed gay people) decadent people, specially Blake -the Cobain's lookalike- who wears a woman clothes with a weapon in a scene, and being drunk, drug,sick, tired ,bored all the time.Nobody of his beloved friends do something for him or cares about his suffering.This movie had many shots in the same place for long seconds ro so,being annoying instead artistic.  No apparent reason for that,you can find many scenes like that (run to the house , run to the bushes).


The worst comes in the end,when he died,only you watch Blake crawling to, the heaven?,showing NOTHING artistic, dramatic or epic.
Then his beloved friends just go to other city in a car,leaving alone the poor Blake so, if they never do nothing about him when he was alive, why they can do when he is dead?great friends,no doubt.

In the epilogue, you see the part when his solitary corpse is carried on by the police,doctors you will hear an STUPID SONG seems celebrating his dead. Poor ,alone Blake.I REALLY HATED THAT PART, then I turn off the tv and forget about I wasted around 1 hour watching that stupid PILE OF DINOSSAUR CRAP.
The only good things about this crap was a song composed by Blake and his look.
    

Awaited updates/new versions for ya, but never came.

Hello Everybody.

What characters after first release -betas or not- were announced in the readme or board with the: "will be updated",but that not happened?Stuck sometimes in "Beta".

I has been awaited for a new Ralf 94 by RoboZ,or new Rambo announced but never was released-both by brasilian creators-,or a new Cobra -from the anime-version with more stuff.

Hello everybody.-If this thread is on the wrong section move please-

I has been spriting for a WIP, about an ordinary girl : Miley Stewart, these stuff are done:
-Stand anims
-Walk/Run
-Jump
-Win
-Lose by time.
-Turn

I ask if someone would help to make-edit the:  gethits, crouch,basic attacks(punches, kicks),I don't ask for Street Fighter 3 smooth anims,just some needed,so I can release the character sooner.

You tell me.

Hello Everybody.

I ended the Prince Of Persia 1, the second was tough and I stuck in the final level.
Skyroads,Electro Man, Sokoban, that Super Mario game but the new version who was updated with some new levels-the sound came from the speakers-. Tower of Doom,Doom,Agent,a Chess game -Battle Chess,CD Man(Pac-Man).

I played many of these games in the class and other PC, only Skyroads I played and beat in my pc when it had Windows ME betmeen the new Super Mario PC,called Mario & Luigi.

About it, I expected a port of the "The Simpsons: Arcade game" for Snes or Nes, but they never made it, instead ,they did a bad DOS port of it :(, Out Run,Golden Axe were good ports.

I used in the Win Me something called "Windows ME REAL DOS" to play some DOS GAMES.
I tried DOSBOX but runs slowly.

Hello everyone.
I used Crystal Disk Info and Hd Tune, all things in the HD are marked OK,but the Spin Retry Count shows this:

Current 208 Worst 199 Threshold 223 and marked in red.
I never felt slowdown or strange sounds, or freezes. I have it since 2002,it survived a wet place -the big fish tank broke and all living room with the pc was flooded-, electric problems -the power supply burned after a electrostatic issue-, and many times the energy was out. I scanned with Norton Systemworks and all is OK.

I read some parameters in S.M.A.R.T. determinates the live of your disk,but I don't know if Spin Retry Count can count.Anyway, all the other things are marked OK.

Hello.
An easy way is: download FRAPS,get a screenshot, with Photoshop or idem sofware,clean the image,resize,etc.
I tried to extract models from certain games and the process can be tough,some requires decompile it,sometimes after extract that needs another software like 3dMax or Maya to view the 3d model.
There is a tutorial about "convert 3d images to 2d sprites" by Judas:

I saw many innovative creations.
I can talk about that SMB stage 1 made by Bane.
Or some bonus stage characters made by Lord Sinistro( Alex Kidd,Altered Beast Stage 2 Boss)

I make a character who can take objects from the ground like a guitar (Doda from a Mobile Game).I guess that can make a different gameplay too.
A contribution in few words.
I remember a character called Owl, was a beta,who can get experience in Arcade Mode.

that is true,I have some wips but only I released one (Doda) but still my Tom wip ,Evil Sid and a Soccer Player are paused.
I read about full games cancelled around the time, sadly.My original/edited another char Rocio Rocket just worked 2 or 3 sprites around 1 hour.

I think the most bad thing are the stereotypes, like mai shiranui and related, yes, the character design is attractive, but the way as she is portrayed is like a *you know*,just an explotation or fan service,or any adjetive for that in the worst way looking ranchy and explotation,I prefer see girls like King,or look good with style like Yuri Sakazaki,or Mignon Beart,Chun Li,or Lara Croft.
