does anybody know a good screenapck creator for Mugen? so easy to use that a noob can access it? I'm trying to make my own game and I want to make my own screenpack.
name of game: Heaven and hell [if you wanted to know the name of that game. it's also a good song by Ronnie james dio but that's another story.]
