Can anyone tell me how to do the moves in the cmd file?
For example, this:
[State -1, Rasengan]
type = ChangeState
value = 290
triggerall = command = "z"
triggerall = command != "holddown" && var(0) = 0 && statetype != A
triggerall = power >= 1000
trigger1 = statetype = S
trigger1 = ctrl = 1

My chars don't have any files w/ that extension, but are you talking about the command prompt file?

Can anyone tell me how to find people's attacks and how to charge the power bar? For instance, when I was fighting Future Naruto, he did all these crazy attacks and I want to know how to figure out how to do them.
