my brother was playing online yesterday (ps4) while I was on the Laptop and my girlfriend on the celphone, and he didn't had lag while I was thhere...

 I wasn't browsing videos or anything like that, just MFG and FB... I did ask him about it right now, my bro says he had lag in a few fights, but the lag was present with the same guys, maybe it's the lag present in the cross platform fights (?)

EDIT: on a side note, I just saw in the upper screen a text that says "Delay SF" or something like that... it appears something when you are playing?

EDIT 2" it wasn't an S, was a 5... right now playing against a Potemkin and it's set to 6 and 7F (frames I guess) and it does have a few lag moments

I'm having a hard time with his dash in air, it's great that he can choose any direction, it's odd the way you have to put the command, like up+down, or up+forward really fast, maybe using an arcade stick would be easier, in controllers is hard to do, and without doing those little dash maybe you are missing some nice tools to attack...

the online play is nice, my bro is playing right now and I haven't noticed lag

I got the game fro PS4... awesome graphics, looks pretty cool... watched the story mode, it's loooooooooong I'm not sure if I was watching it for about 4 hours.... but the ending and all is very cool

about the characters, I tried Ram and didn't like her basics, so far maining Chipp as usual and trying Bedman, interesting char, kinda simple but complex at the same time, mostly when you try to make his missions...

Nah, if there's some momentum change or it's floaty I assume it's his top spin move, that would be Slash. Unless he means the flip and that's Heavy Slash but as far as I know that one's mostly the same.

well I got used to play the game in Arcade and were like A, B, C, D and even if I know they have a different name, most of the people there, including me call the buttons "ala KOF" so it would be C, that I think is Slash iirc, considering it's his top spin move

EDIT: I'm going to buy the ps4 version, a friend of mine told me that limited version will be available next tuesday, but I read here about the LE are getting delayed... when the game comes out? I'm really confused about it right now... because if it's in time, I will get the LE, if not, I will not wait and will get the regular but some of my friends already have the game, I guess it's just the japanese one

I do agree, it only really shows it when you pause the game... don't know if you have been able to see the ps4 version, it's even better, looks just like a cartoon-anime

it's curious because I saw the ps4 demo first and then the ps3 game, and I know all the graphics are better than that, but some people there that didn't know about the game were really impressed with the graphics on ps3

Also I did notice Chipp air+heavy punch works different, it kinda have a "slow down" thing, and makes him "fly" a little bit, and Faust was strange to use at first but well, I played like 4 or 5 fight at much with dudes that already had the game so I wasn't able to practice just play like the older versions... but that's the cool thing about it, if you already played any older game, you will get used to this one really quick, you just have to work with the few things changed and you are done

I did play like 4 matches of this game yesterday, even on PS3 looks pretty nice, but kinda "blurry" and it's pretty well done what I had the chance to play

waiting for the ps4 version of it!

well I want the LE but seems I will not get the money to buy it in time...

yeah, sorry about that, I was kinda lazy and supposed to be playing smash on wii u and wanted just to share the pic, I saw it again like 1 hour after and even if I had never seen that particular image before I saw it looks already old and didn't put attention at first x(

That image isn't from Xrd, what's the point?

was posted on a page about Xrd (and sometimes Blaz Blue) I haven't seen that image beforee and I tought it was something about them in the game

Mummy Guy has an interesting set of moves, it's a shame though that he is one of the most unimaginative fighting game character designs I have seen in a while.

well, it's a KI character, what did you expect?

just think about it, it has a dude made of ice, another one made from fire (or something like that), a humanwolf, a skull cadaver, a robot, a ninja, a girl, a red skin, a dinosaur, etc

what was missing? a Mummy! :P

but at least it looks like a KI, remember Sadira first footage? she looked like a MK character instead of KI

I shouldn't be double posting, but considering this is an update made today (what I uploaded in the video was from yesterday) I want to share it and get opinions on how to solve my problem with the cropped images...

this is a little preview of how it looks now, I got a template by Devon but the Map image has the same problem, it's cropped on the right side and I can't repeat that image with that problem...



I have 2 options...

1- Not sure if this can be done, but I saw a Mugen Screenpack that did something like this... the Images (in this case Ryu, Kyo and both punches) will move, but at certain time they will stop, this would be the best option IMO if possible (but I have no idea on how that works)

2- Not the best but maybe could work if done well... add another image in front of those animations, something like Kyo & Ryu in black and white, static image, to hide the moving ones... like I said, this would be my last resort if I can't get it to work, but AFAIK the 1st option is possible
