is there a better one that dosent have errors with the chars files,,,i dont understand it,,or when dose a new come out

missing camera info 1 for my fei-long and vega/peketo/noroko/Testament/DarkSayajin/viuda_negra/ASH/phunter
cannot find chars..2
winmugen.exe error 3
....i put the chars in right still dont know what i should do...
i have version...2002.14.04
sometimes it works to play then says error please help!!????
