set the order to 0 or any number beyond 10. i generally set it to 99 just for the kicks.

Are you sure they don't pop up on 99? i did that and i think one poped up,ill double check.

So recently just got M.U.G.E.N and was wondering is there anyway i can organize my characters? Like have a box of 9 seperate from the rest and what not? Just wondering i'd want like all my MK characters in one area and SF in one,can i do this??
