What do I do, do I just delete the old files and rename the patch folder Vergil, or do I copy the update files into the beta folder?

Im trying to update my beta of Vergil to the hi res one but everything I've done so far has failed. I've deleted the old file, replaced files, renamed files etc. How can I use the update?

I've installed a CFJ screenpack, it let's me add characters and move through the options menu, but when I go into a mode it won't let me move or select anything with my controller. I ues the controller to get to the select screen but after I'm there, it does nothing the keyboard also doesn't work, did I do anything wrong or is there something I'm missing?

Thanks it worked I know which folder gives me the slots I want but now there's just one problem, the bars that go around each of the boxes in the select screen that are separated by color still look like the 500 slot select screen, what do I have to adjust so they fit around the slots right I downloaded everything from the folder  with the slots I want.

Hello, I recently downloaded and installed MFJ and I was wondering how can I shrink the roster size from 500 slots to 78 or lower. Do I need to download a different version and if so where can I find a working one? Thanks.
