I'm not entirely certain if this latest development is due to events rewriting themselves because of John's intervention, or if this Jane comes from a doomed timeline. The fact that Jade seems to not remember the same things as Jane does could easily be explained by either.

The whole discontinued thing was dis-proven as nintendo came out and said they weren't a few weeks ago.
I said "essentially." At first Nintendo said they're probably not doing second runs of any ones other than the big names like Mario and Link, and then upgraded that to "maybe someday in the future some time if we feel like it maybe. So they're not technically discontinued, they're just probably not going to make or sell any more in the foreseeable future.

I find it interesting that the Holy Trinity of Blue Male Boy, Red Evil Boy, and White White Lady are in very high demand and in big costs online. These three were out of stock in every major retailer I went to.
Marth, Villager, and WFT were the first ones to sell out and the first ones to be essentially confirmed as discontinued. That's why eBay assholes are charging like $50+ each for them now. I ended up importing the Marth and Villager Murabito amiibos from Japan because even with international shipping costs they were still less expensive than paying the re-sellers' prices.

Mike Colter announced as Luke Cage, will debut in A.K.A. Jessica Jones before spinning off into his own series.
No idea who this guy is but he certainly looks the part. So long as he can deliver a satisfactory "Sweet Christmas" then we're good.

Ever since Nintendo made it pretty clear they weren't planning on doing a second run of any amiibos other than their biggest characters, I've been trying to stay on top of the releases while it's still possible to buy them without paying insane ebay prices.

Tales from the Borderlands
It's got the humor and atmosphere I like from Borderlands and the engaging story-driven gameplay I've come to expect from Telltale. That's a winning combination in my book. Is anyone else playing this? I kind of want to start up a thread like the ones for Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us to discuss choices and theories and stuff, but I feel like it might not be worth the effort.

Okay, this looks interesting:
Caesar's health bar is empty here, and he's doing the blood bubble thing from right before he died in the manga. I wonder if that means anything gameplay-wise, or if it's just a cinematic thing. Also if whatever it is can happen with any combination or only with certain pairs.

Oh wow, that one tiny act is really going to change a LOT. Getting that ring first means Aranea wouldn't be able to revive herself, and she wouldn't be able to kill Jade, Jake, and Jane. Plus she wouldn't be mind controlling Gamzee anymore, so he likely wouldn't be around at that big confrontation to kill Karkat and Terezi.

Honestly, having a much more free range of motion feels more "Jojo" to me. Being able to move around and position yourself and use the environment to your advantage definitely gels with the feel of the series.

while araki designed midler, he might have done under capcom contract os it belonged to capcom, which is weird as heck for japan standars, but we did not get midler in jojo tv 2014 so that might be the case.
And even then, when they showed the woman on the beach, it did not at all look like Midler's updated design.
And even then even then, Araki's used the Capcom design in new art pieces since then so I guess it's also kind of her canon design now? It's a weird situation.
