does anyone have hyper neo kamek, i have downloaded kamek, but i don't have the file for hyper neo kamek: GymBattle.miniusf, Mewtwo.miniusf, ps2.usflib. where can i get them? please respond asap. thank you

let me restate. Is hori fighting stick a good controller, or will another one do? Please respond asap, and one other thing, how would i be able to work the controller on my pc?
