Being one of the older ones around here, I can safely say Cyanide is pretty much the only one I've never seen lose his temper, keeping it about the engine, and always willing to teach and learn. Definetly someone worth emulating.

Truth be told, it depends on how far I go.

Ten years ago? = Ashamed of most of it.

Five years ago? = Still too angry.

Three years ago? = Rough around the edges. Most of my ideas I still uphold, though.

Less than that? = 'Why was I even trying, and why didn't I just stick to MUGEN sooner?' :P

It's easier for everyone to just use mediafire, though. :P

Get VirtualBox and try to run the game from a Virtual Machine with a fresh Win install. :)

Indeed, I can't seem to be able to track the original news source regarding women and public office positions. Then again, what those disputing it say isn't accurate, either; they just pointed to a random page and claim the other stuff to be a hoax. I guess time will tell on that one.

Still, for those who wanna check out rigurous research on how the guy aided human rights violations during our last military coup, there is more than enough evidence (including scans of signed stuff, etc.).

http://www.pagina12.com.ar/diario/elpais/1-143711-2010-04-11.html and both 'subnotes' there. Horacio Verbitsky, one of our best journalists, has been doing research on this guy for about 10 years.

This guy collaborated with the last, bloodiest military dictatorship we had. 30,000 disappeared. State-sponsored systematic human rights violations, including rape and torture of pregnant women. Missing children our NGO's are still trying to track down, 35 years later. And this isn't Ratzinger 'He was a kid' deal. He helped the military track down fellow priests suspected of being leftists and pointed them, not unlike Judas, all while being already a Bishop, not a 17 year old.

He also made recent horrid declarations regarding the rights to abortion, sex ed, and called same sex marriage "The devil's tool to destroy the creator's plan".
Some other recent declarations he did not so long ago: "Women are naturally inept to perform public office duties. Natural order and facts teach us that men are the political beings by definition; the scriptures teach us that women are always the support of men, which are the creators and thinkers, but nothing else".

Yeah. A murderer, a homophobic, a woman hater, a pope for the rich and few. So, pretty much the same as the previous one, only younger. And Latin American.

I want Lugo and Chávez back in exchange for this one. -_-

Keeping data and OS in the same partition is a bad idea anyway. Most of the times I've found that fresh install is the best way to fix a f'up Win.

The totally deregulated free enterprise principles are, I think, what leads to companies' policies nowadays. To clarify: Reagan started putting private profits ahead of people because the private sector was supposed to employ people.

I'd honestly like to see if you agree with me on Reagan being the main starter of this trend.

Stay on topic.

You wanna bring it up again? Really? C'mon, I'm actually avoiding the issue altogether. I expected more of you.

Again, the issue here is profits vs people. The country in question (ahem) has had this quite clear until the seventies, I think. Then, it reversed its priorities. :/

*sigh* Excuse me, but since when did the 'right thing to do' become 'the right thing to do for our business'?
I'd say Reagan, mostly.

Jmorph: Most countries don't sue at the drop of a hat. If that was here, at worst he would have been told off a bit, most likely they would have said "well done" and the dude who got saved would have been told off for swimming outside the flags.

Basically, america has allowed money to become more important than anything, so you get this stupidity.
This. Here too. Notice how I'm avoiding the 'A-word' issue altogether and playing nice. ;P

Only problem with that is Stage Viewer is an unfinished beta, so it's unstable.  And it is only for low-res stages, and it has a habit of messing up the preview for animation intensive stages, so adding it to Vselect might unstabilize the whole program. :-\
Well, it doesn't even have to be animated, IMO. Just a basic display of elements, so we can recognize the stage, just that.

Just saying because this is the only thing I think the program's missing. It's perfect in every other way.

You needn't. The sheer amount of effort you put into getting along and eventually trusting him actually says you acted more than properly. You are judging yourself too harshly on this one.

Shut up, he changed the code of that file and made the best WinMugen patch ever, with better sound and less crashes.

Also, Blue Font.
